The dream of the ‘90s is alive at Utopia Cafe, where Sims of all shapes, sizes, colors, and aspirations can unite in their love of coffee, cannoli, and free, fast internet.
I built this lot for my Newlyn Hills save, but I wanted to upload it separately as a surprise gift for all you cool peoples, because I love you. As the New Radicals sang, “You got the music in you.”
A couple of notes - I have two traits set on this lot: Gnomes and Fast Internet. Fast Internet just made sense, but if the little gold icons that swirl over your Sims’ heads bug you while taking pictures, feel free to remove the trait (I did that myself for pics, then turned it back on).
Also, be aware for picture-taking that this lot has a mezzanine-ish second story, which means that the sky might show if you’re on the first floor and you hit Tab to snap a pic. Because of that I recommend going up to the second floor or outside and hitting Tab, then lowering your camera to the first floor. If the mezzanine thing bugs you, feel free to add ceilings back in; I don’t mind (but you might have to delete the tree with the lights on it).

To install, download the ZIP file from the link below. Extract the folder and copy its contents (there should be 7 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.
