Social distancing in the sun? When applying sunscreen, don't forget to protect your neck, decollete & hands. Skin on your body ages from sun damage just as fast as the skin on your face, so don't be shy with the sunscreen! Apply to all areas that are exposed to sun.

VISIONS WEST CONTEMPORARY: Current Exhibit: Beau Careyâs recent work Basin and Range
Beau Carey is a landscape and en plein air painter based in New Mexico. The work in Basin and Range look at landscapes as a series of repeated journeys. Each is made of the same mountain ranges repeated and flipped. Careyâs work becomes defined by time; painted with different light, from different angles, some with suns and moons shown in varying states of rising and setting. His work explores and subverts the typical traditions of Western landscape art. Finding new ways to paint landscapes of the West, while recognizing the history of globalism and the new environmental dangers these landscapes face today. Inspired by John McPheeâs geological travel novel by the same name, Careyâs Basin and Range becomes a beautiful journey through time depicting a new perspective on the landscapes of the West.

We asked Jodye Whitesell, VP at Slifer Smith & Frampton, Denver what 5 things we should know about Slifer Denver and hereâs what she had to say:
Our culture is very important to us and weâve worked really hard over the last twenty years to cultivate that. Â At the core, we are a family-focused company. Not only do we work together as a team and help each other but we also help the community in which we serve.
Slifer Denver has deep roots in downtown Denver and also in the growth of downtown Denver. We are a sister company to East West Partners was the master developer of the Riverfront Park neighborhood and were co-master developer at the Union Station neighborhood.
We are opening a new office in our brand new condo building - The Coloradan. Â Itâs on the ground floor and was intentionally designed to be open and approachable which really reflects our brand.
We love dogs! Â Each month we participate in volunteer events, and we've recently partnered with Underdogs Animal Shelter which gives the forgotten, the misunderstood, and the dogs that get picked last (or donât get picked at all) the opportunity to beat their odds.
As part of East West Family of companies, we have just named Denverâs Best Places to Work!

Wander + Ivy recently launched their gift boxes featuring four 6oz bottles of wine. We sat down with Dana Spaulding, Founder & CEO of Wander + Ivy, and asked her about the top 3 benefits for drinking organic wine.
Grapes are one of the âDirty Dozen,â the list developed by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) based on data from the US Department of Agriculture. The list highlights the foods that have the most pesticide residue.
Studies have shown that these pesticides can show up in your wine glass and there can be many negative impacts.
Drinking wine made from certified organic grapes means that NO pesticides or herbicides can be used during the grape growing process.
Avoid the potential negative impacts of pesticides and drink organic! Wander + Ivy sources premium wines made with certified organic grapes from family-owned vineyards around the world. Theyâre pure, expressive, and packaged conveniently for one.

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT Legal Cannabis, from 1906 New Highs
We asked the team at 1906 New Highs what 5 things we should know about legal cannabis and the future of edibles. Hereâs what they had to say:
Cannabis is a wellness tool that fits into the life of a high functioning adult. There are now so many different kinds of products available and so many lower dose options. The right cannabis product can help you sleep, get aroused, get energy, and so much more!
The nightmare story about too many brownies is WAY outdated. Edibles (like 1906) are now consistently dosed, clearly labeled, tested for consistency (and in the case of 1906 exclusively) fast-acting, which means youâll know within 20 minutes if youâve taken the ideal amount.
Plant medicines including cannabis are a great alternative to pharma and alcohol. Once people start replacing their nightly wine or cocktail with cannabis, they sleep better and consume way fewer calories, plus no hangovers. And donât even get us started on the issues with Rx sleep aids--we love to say âDonât Sleep with Big Pharmaâ. Weâve got an amazing sleep formula that is life-changing. No Rx, no sleepwalking, no fog the next day.
Cannabis products are incorporating new technology every day, particularly in edibles. For example, 1906 uses a patented technology called lipid microencapsulation that serves two functions--it makes our edibles kick in far faster than any others in the industry, and it perfectly masks the cannabis flavor.Â
Baby boomers and professional women are the fastest-growing segments of the cannabis industry. The secret is out that cannabis is an incredible way to manage all sorts of symptoms, and soon what we at 1906 call Functional Cannabis will be mainstream. You may soon be eating edibles after family meals with your parents. No joke...
Find where you can buy 1906 on their website and TELL THE DISPENSARY YOU VISIT THAT SCOUT SENT YOU!
