though i like some fantasy manga, most of my favorites are yuri romance! im a himejoshi so i love basically all yuri, even some old class-s series. but i especially love series that take place around college-age protagonists, which theres unfortunately a huge lack of in anime. so thats why i tend to stick to yuri manga rather than yuri anime (though there are some yuri anime that i love dearly!)

i could only aspire to write a relationship as compelling as john darnielle writes the alpha couple in tallahassee. there's just something about them that has me absolutely hooked every time i revisit the album.
ive basically expelled all of my taz hyperfixation demons now that i finished the last book but i just got the notif that my library copy of the pttm ebook is running out so enjoy a collection of images of my favorite guys before i go back to getting too embarassed to ever talk about taz again.

i just randomly remembered when i was in middle school i was home alone while my house was broken into and i still had to go to school the next day even though that was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. and for some reason when my parents told my teachers about what happened my math teacher had the bright idea of making me stand up in front of the class and recount the whole story so they'd hear 'how brave i was'. and when i mentioned they stole my xbox the boys in the class were like "ooooh lexiii i didnt know you were a gamerrr" in a super mocking tone. which was deeply humiliating at the time but im looking back on it now and im like. how is that even an insult. it was like 2017 its not like girls playing video games was a super novel idea by that point. genuinely what is so funny about it. ooo everybody point and laugh because i had my own xbox in my bedroom oooo
