can be a daunting task,

but when no one does

you only got yourself,

so why not

love yourself

a little more.

fabulous acts

happen every day.

we just gotta pay more attention to ‘em.

an onslaught of content

attacks the mind

as a young mind

is introduced

to social media.

i see you

& i see a queen,

but sadly

you don’t.

demons work in that building,

demons who squeeze every bit of money

from the people that elected them

to be leaders.

the star shines bright

& the heat burns us all out

slowly melting what’s left

of our humanity.

your kisses

bring me happiness.

i wish i had them more often,

developing a little more,

my language too

& i just can’t wait

how it’ll all look like

far cross the shores

a land of “leaders”

continues to go against

the many principles

they preach to follow.

as new ideas, artists & projects emerge,

my days are continuously full

of excitement.

every day

it feels like our sensibility

often gets

weaker & weaker

& we close ourselves

to difficult discussions

we need to have

to progress

as a people.

the origin of all this madness

might never be

found to its fullest,

but we must continue

to try our best

if we wish

to give the pollitos

a better future.

disagreements

will always be part of the experience.

it’s difficult to work with them

when they lead

to forms of violence

one would hardly experience

when words

are one’s weapon of choice.
