I was reading the Financial Times on a flight a couple of weeks ago when this story caught my eye. It was surprising how Taylor taking ownership of her work was making news across the global business sector.

Listing to The Man I now understand why this was so important for her. As a female artist challenging the patriarchy in the music industry, she’s breaking down gender norms in the workplace and as a result empowering women across all industries. So proud.
