Good News Friday
With plenty of unfortunately things happening around the world on a daily basis. We love to take a time out and reflect on some great things that are happening in our own community.
Kyla Hamm coaches the Dino 18U girls volleyball team, and earlier this winter they had a team building weekend at Camp Kindle, which the camp run by the Kids Cancer Care Foundation. They left as a better and more united team, and so far this season have taken home two gold medals in their league. Congrats Kyla! If anyone is interested in using Camp Kindle for an event, please ask Kyla about her experiences at the camp.
#ThrowbackThursday Team Tundra participated in the Mud Hero race in Red Deer today. The Mud Hero event supports charities like the Alberta Cancer Foundation with a portion of it's proceeds. Team Tundra completed the 6km course, with 16 obstacles, in mud (and up and down a ski hill) in just over 1 hour. Way to go Tundra!

And they're back! After a break for a few months to regroup and recharge, Solar Impulse is back on their mission to fly across the world.
André, the pilot, left San Francisco on May 2nd and safely landed in Pheonix, Arizona.

Good News Friday! Our Senior Outside Sales Representative, Ron Espiritu, coaches his sons (Austin) top tier basketball team! The boys have been practicing hard, and with a great leader on their side recently won silver in the city finals. But the good (but really great) news doesn't stop there. The boys went on to make provincials, beating the number one team in the province and finishing 4th overall. Congratulations boys! You're a great example of how hard work, and dedication really pays off.

The booth has a variety of exotic and super exotic cars. For a donation through racingforacure.ca, you can ride in one on June 25th at the Castrol Raceway. $50 donations get rides in exotic cars and $350 get rides in super exotics (>$600k).
