My shifting opinion on dr trauma , scripting experiences and more

First and foremost, you should not be making up dramatic backstories for your drselves like it's an oc you made , you did not make them . It is a reality you are choosing to be aware of , a version of you that you are choosing to be aware of that got traumatized not to even mention scripting does not work like that in reality, scripting is just narrowing down what reality you want to shift to — a guide , not a blueprint.

In my personal opinion, it is only valid if you are similar traumatic experiences. Simply because if you are like me , the trauma or illness is a apart of you . It's how you become to be today .Otherwise you are just planning to get yourselves traumatized in that reality and in this one when you shift back here.

HOWEVER, if you are shifting as a main character of media who has trauma , mentall illnesses like ptsd or other illnesses. You can script that trauma out and script in that it doesn't drastically change the dr or how the media would be if you want to keep it original as possible for the drself main character too.

You are not making yourself look cool or tough by scripting in trauma that you never dealt with . Let it click for you that it's real and not some fanfic or made up life .

As in recently , i started to take a three day shifting break every once in awhile and decided why not and try to focus on getting into channeling s/os , again. My progress hasn't been great but again that takes time like shifting , i mainly use the letter method that has worked three times for me before. It's either channeling or finding something else that i like. (Playing hearttopia or other games) , focusing on life more .

I'll let ya'll know if i get successful. It been a year since I've done this.

The poisner dark romance addition

I have recently started reading the poisner series , an unfinished dark romance duo i believe . As soon as i seen the fanart then bought the book , i started to feel drawn to shifting to it. So me being a book dr girlie decided why not shift as the fmc like we always do and ofc not just for the mmc but also because of what the fmc hobby is and job is , a perfect match .

I also have plans to channel silas - the mmc when i get back into channeling using the letter method.

Controversial the dr be as it may , but i can't let this opportunity go to waste. I'll obviously alter the dr Once It's a finished series and read .

Sundox disease

The name is misleading in the powerless dr , it's more of a condition than a disease from using the magic's source too much. It's used as a warning to take heed from the sun

now that i have your attention, this is apart of my powerless drself power ability , light telekinesis the ability to use the power of light from the sun or any light sources. However it comes with a risk factor of a condition that is called sundox that causes your skin to have a burning sensation from being under the sun directly from absorbing too much light . Sometimes it can be managed by overpowering it then harnessing it while others may need to seek shade up to 3 months to recover. Many light users wear cloaks when going under the sun to prevent it from happening.

The name of this condition is misleading , the ancient rune kingdom that i scripted to live in and that i made up in my dr is that that the light power users actually branched off from rune magic , the king of the kingdom called the condition a disease so the users of the sun would take heed to his warning and would use the rune magic and light telekinesis wisely so there won't be any consequences from the sun.

Shifting break time

Have chores? Go do them. School? Focus on getting top grades. Collage? Go achieve your dreams. Go spend time with friends or family. Focus on yourself and your mental health , play your favorite game , go watch your favorite movie or series , read your tbr . Just relax , shifting isn't going anywhere.

Are you trying relentlessly? Then stop , don't force yourself to shift . It drains you so restore your energy for at least three days. Your dr isn't going anywhere, no one is going to shift to your exact dr before you, your dr family, s/o or friends aren't waiting for you to poof into existence in that reality because you are already there , you are just unaware of it so relax and enjoy life here before rushing back into shifting

"You're shifting your consciousness " no You're not , subconscious is different than the consciousness. Your subconscious handles your behavior, emotions and memories where your consciousness is your movements and such if you were shifting your consciousness, you would be unmoving in that reality and then unmoving in this reality when you shift so shut up

"Affirmations is apart of loa , shifting is a part of loa', blabla" shut up , it' can be used for it but it's not apart of it otherwise my mental health would go down hill because of it. Do your research

"You can't do that , you can't shift there , you can't have them as an s/o" . There's no use in that , you know why? Because those realities already exist , so why try? We just choose to be aware of it or not . And besides you don't know if the person scripted stuff so any of that is different or better.

If you're really so obsessed on other's people journey and you go "huh, i wonder why i can't shift" . It's because you are obsessing over someone's elses . When you focus on yourself, you realize how shifting is much smoother and easier

"This is your original reality" -> there's no original reality. it's not this, it's not your dr. there's not a starting point NOR a "respawn" one. Explanation

"Shifting realities is shifting your consciousness to other realities" -> you just become aware of it. if you were to shift your consciousness it implies that once you are in your DR, your body here doesn't have consciousness which goes against everything a living human is. "Shifting takes time" -> Shifting is instant and everyone can do it (and is currently doing it). The believe that shifting is a hard skill is so toxic. No, shifting as we know it is not as easy as breathing, because we have been raised to align with materialism and more. Shifting itself is easy, but the process we, as individuals, have to go through to detach from this materialistic reality and accept shifting and control our subconscious can be something hard. Desired reality idea

For groupshifts, there can be a dr where all your drs are combined in one reality and depending on the location of it , it'll be at that location in this reality instead of alaska or somewhere, it'll be named that media or dr location. Like worlds combined and so forth

hi, I'm brand new at shifting, and haven't succeeded. I have a few questions I was hoping for an answer. I only recently discovered shifting. I've been really excited about it and have been trying to put all my will before going to sleep into shifting. Are there any methods that I should follow as a beginner? What advice do you have to give for someone who knows little about shifting? Do you have any recommendations for scripting or how detailed scripting needs to be?

I'm so glad you asked. A lot of people like to start off with the julia method as a beginner but i prefer the five sense method if you would like to try , also as a beginner you should try out different kinds of methods to see which fits you the best

If you know little about shifting , reddit is a good social media to look for answers for what shifting is, but it's also important to know that people may view shifting differently. I would be wise to watch out for false information though , if you are ever confused about what's false information my dms are open

For scripting you don't need to go overboard, just stick with the basis because its not a blueprint , it's a guide. You can use notion or lifa for scripting . I personally like only to script how i look in drs , personality wise and etc because everything else is already there for you.
