The official casting call for the Fellow Imagineers fan-documentary is up and online! For those of you who have not seen our post about it, YLE in Finland is hard at work making a documentary about Nightwish fans BY Nightwish fans, and wants the help of fans across the world! They have asked for our help, along with our friends at Nightwish France, Nightwish Canada Fan Club, Dream Emporium (Nightwish PL), Nightwish Australia Fan Page: Dark Chest of Wonders, and Tuomas Lauri Johannes Holopainen (Nemo). Here are the screenshots from the official advertisement, so if you have been sitting on your laurels since our last announcement, then dust off your camcorder or switch on your cell phone camera and get started, because now the clock is ticking and you have 10 days to get your fan-made video submitted to the Fellow Imagineers crew! femalefrontedbandsconfessions confession number 14289 got me into slight thinking:

 Does anyone else finds it kinda weird that Tuomas wrote a bazillion songs about wanting to sleep with Tarja in the past and not a single song about his girlfriend nowadays? If I were Johanna I’d be worried.

I did find that slightly weird until I thought of it from Tuomas’s perspective - he loved Tarja in the past, and wanted to confess his love throught his lyrics because he had no courage to tell her his feelings, and I am assuming that at the time she was already dating Marcelo, so it made the whole situation harder. His relationship with Johanna, I assume, is very very different. He loves her, and she loves him back and I guess that, under a different circumstances, they are letting their half know about their love when they are alone and doing stuff  ahem in their privacy. He needs no lyrics nor compositions to show love (I suppose) he is having for Johanna. He is simply using words, which wasn’t possible back at his unrequited love for Tarja.

I don’t know the future of his songwriting: and don’t get me wrong, it will melt my heart melt if he ever dedicates Nightwish song to Johanna, but it is all up to Tuo :)
