Back to you .
@twbriar
the night was cold. taemin swears that it hadn’t been that cold while he was still on duty when he was working the door at puffing and pie. after all he’d only been out in a crisp white shirt and smart black pants, held up by a belt, his security pass securely wrapped around his bicep. now his hands were clutching the bare skin on his arms to warm them up. body heat from the rowdy goers was probably what had been keeping him warm all that time.
but he doesn’t let the cold stop him from his way back form work, feet walking at a hurried pace just sp he could climb into his warm bed and fall asleep. working late at night always took it out of him, luckily he had a few days off coming round soon.
he keeps on, passing a few stray strangers who had either hit the town a little too hard from how they staggered or they were complete psychos and judging by the way most of them gave taemin funny looks it was the latter. he paid it no mind and stared back at them, squinting ever so slightly before looking away and continuing on his way home. except after a little while he stops in his tracks, eyes flicking around to view what street he was on only to realise somewhere along the way he’d missed his turning and had ended up in the middle of no where.
“fuck” he mutters under his breath. just his luck to get lost in a neighbourhood he had no idea about, though he couldn’t of gone that far right? the woodland apartments had to be somewhere right? but he couldn’t be sure, and it was late and cold so he was stranded. until his eyes came across a sign for a b&b.
he wasted no time in heading towards the cosy building, part of a smile on his lips in the hopes maybe just maybe they’d have a room to spare where he could spend the night before getting his bearings and heading back to his real apartment. he was too tired and cold to find out where they were and he was so ready for bed. he opens the door and walks in, feet b lining straight towards the counter. there was no one behind the counter and he can feel the frown push past his lips, eyes scanning around the room before finally he decides to just call out “helloooo? is anyone here?” little did he know what was in store.
