Heartbreak is one of the worst things. What’s worse is when you have to break your own heart and walk away from someone you wanted.

The battle every day to been seen and heard and the just screaming to be seen the way I’ve always wanted to be seen. It wasn’t difficult.

And still I hold the love for him. Even though then it was clouded by all the shit but now I see and feel it so hard and it’s painful knowing I had to do it to myself.

The endless wondering if he misses me like I miss him. Or was it actually all a lie because I’ve heard things from people about how he lied to me but why tell me a year later if it’s true? I just wish I could have these answers.

But instead I’m just heartbroken unsure how to feel or how to heal when all I want is you to show up the way I always wanted you to.
