Whatās the better game plan for lunch when youāre going out to party tonight:
1. Eat nothing so you kill it looking tiny in your outfit but become a hot mess after a few drinks with nothing else in your stomach or
2. Eat something small, be self conscious, and hate yourself all night

I went wedding dress shopping and found a GORGEOUS dress. The stylist took my measurements to order it in my size and she said they were ordering me a SIZE 0!!! If a wedding dress in a zero aināt goals then I donāt know what is ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

I accidentally fasted yesterday while doing bachelorette party shenanigans. For those 21+ PLEASE EAT if youāre going to drink. I had to leave one of my best friendās bachelorette parties at midnight for feeling too drunk after a couple glasses of champagne. Lost a couple pounds but it was NOT WORTH IT.

I rock climb a few times a week. Itās the best for all around toning and way more fun that just working out!
Iām 26 with an Ed. I have never posted before and donāt plan to, but I always lurk. It sucks to see other people dealing with this stuff, but itās also a little nice to know Iām not the only adult. (Breaks my heart to see these kids dealing with this shit, but not surprising.)
I 100% agree with you. Itās tough because you donāt want to contribute to younger girls dealing with this but you also need a sense of community no matter how old you are.
Date night with the husband. Yup, Iām an old person. Tumblr makes it seem like disordered eating is a young person thing; I donāt see a lot of non-teens on these tags. But Iām here to tell you itās not something you just grow out of. Eating struggles donāt disappear once you grow up and move out. I still have an eating disorder at 28. I still have depression. I still struggle with self harm. But my life is so much more incredible than I thought it could be when I was 15. Everything is temporary. Hold on. You can get through this. And Iām here for anyone that needs to chat ā¤ļø
