1) Disagree, Action's challenges may not have been spectacular but calling them awful is a huge over exaggeration. They were fine, no need to act like they killed your dog.
2) Not really? Chris was pretty much the same as he was in the first season, he just got more focus this time due to the cast being so short. He was a lot funnier and charismatic, and when things went too far he did know when to stop, as seen in Masters of Disasters, just like in season 1. His relationship with Chef was also expanded upon. He was nowhere even near as cruel as he was in Revenge, c'mon now.
3) Fair criticism for Justin, but Courtney was not a mary sue. Please learn what a mary sue is. Courtney had plenty of flaws this season. A character being good in challenges does not make them mary sues.
4) Bringing back the major characters from season 1 isn't a stupid decision, unless you're a fanfic writer and know for sure that even if the season fails in terms of attention, you can make as many more as you want no matter what, since the decisions are all up to you, not up to anyone else. Bringing back the major characters was a wise decision, because viewers know them the most, and the season has better chances of succeding. Even with that, the writers still brought back some of the characters from season 1 who weren't major players, such as Justin, Beth, and even Courtney, Harold and Izzy to a lesser extent, so you're being unfair here with your criticism. Trent was the only character they derailed, and even then he wasn’t “completely” ruined since it’s not impossible to make him be as likeable as he was in season 1 again, all you have to do is make him admit he was being in the wrong and never have him be that jealous again. What’s up with this fanbase and their crazy over exaggerations.
