bio:

tallulah grew up raised by her grandmother. she had no idea who her father was her entire life. her grandmother in fact cautioned her about finding out. yet, she had everything she could ask for due to her grandmother’s wife. 

tallulah was raised by rebekah and candice phillips, a successful lawyer and a pharmacist. both respected names in their community due to how involved they were. her grandmothers wife, candice, was tallulah’s biggest inspiration.

she knew she didn’t want to do law but the idea of walking around in heels all day and calling the shots was always pleasing for her. this made it easy, she was going to go into business. 

tallulah was sent to boarding school for the entire period of her high school time. the usual story of this being a bad thing wasn’t the case for her. she got to travel for field trips, facetime her guardians whenever she sees fit, and became a natural and capturing peoples attention.

it was in this time that tully realized she was not only a great talker, but a smooth one. she could get what she wanted from anyone but her genuine spirit didn’t allow her to do anything more than picking the PERFECT occupation. marketing. some said she could go into acting, but it wasn’t what she wanted. a theater kid, but she was more into the numbers.

TW: attack/kidnapping. when tully got to college to get her bachelors in business is when things got dark. the father she never wanted to know, wanted to know her. so badly, actually that he went out of his way to find her. when leaving a college party during her first fall semester, she was attacked and grabbed by a man she didn’t know. her friends and her current partner at the time realized she was missing by the first fifteen minutes but he was already given a fifteen minute head start. the worst part about it, is that he locked her in a basement and refused to even come out for two long days. he was scared to face her, and for 48 hours she had no idea it was her father. but, tully’s talking got her out of it, once again. at least, once he finally faced her. what she wanted to do was kick him and tell him to go to hell, but instead she played into the fantasy he wanted her to, giving him the daughter he missed and wanted. by day three she was able to get out of the basement and run to help.

after this experience, she wasn’t physically hurt but she was mentally and emotionally. her grandmothers told her the reason why they didn’t want her to know about him was because he was in prison for unspeakable actions. everyone wanted her to take a break, drop out of school if she wanted, but tully refused. instead she decided to continue her education online and spent the next three years traveling in a van that she used her tuition refund to customize and saw the US all on her own.

of course she met people along the way, but she didn’t go home until she had to pick up her degree. and when she did, she was ready. tully took a year off and then traveled across seas with her grandparents and for once things felt normal again. the experience felt behind her. and she vowed to never speak of it again.

now tully just wants to travel, get her higher education, remember her dreams, and go through normal ‘one tree hill’ / ‘dawsons creek’ drama. not ‘criminal minds’ drama <333

he was running a thin line with her . she was torn between him being amusing or absolutely insufferable . “ if that’s what you think it was ... ” she starts , cutting off her own train of thought to take a moment to roll her eyes . “ how old are you anyway ? ” she asks before sitting down at her laptop and completely tuning out whatever else is coming out of his mouth . she knew guys like him , and the last thing she wanted to do was be BOTHERED by guys like him . so why was she still entertaining the discussion ? that was a question she wasn’t sure she could answer at the moment . “ seriously ? you can’t say a single nice thing ? okay ... that was decent . but humor me , try to say something even nicer . ”

tully knew that business was where her heart remained . she didn’t expect her life to take the turns it did , but she was grateful that at the very least she had her PASSIONS . but , when all failed she was SO HAPPY to see a familiar face . “ ah , you don’t sound too happy about it . ” she says with a smirk . tully knew when not to push and this didn’t seem like one of those times . “ oh my god , you too ! about a few days ? i’m just trying to get settled in still and all that . how about you ? i really wish we would have kept in touch more . you look beautiful as ever , of course . ”

                cindy  had  a  lot  of  stuff  to  do.  she  had  to  practice  for  the  upcoming  play,  attend  classes,  and  study.  not  only  that  but,  according  to  recent  events,  she  had  to  get  a  costume  ready  for  the  party  and,  apparently,  pack  —  their  days  in  russia  were  coming  to  an  end.  however,  she  knew  the  other  looked  familiar.  she  recognized  that  red  hair  anywhere.  “  tully?  ”  her  eyes  widened  slightly.  “  what  are  you  doing  here?  i  thought  you  were  still  traveling  around  the  us.  ”

tully kept to herself, and that was the biggest thing she was trying to change. open up more, talk to people again, go out tully you’re young! yet, it didn’t feel that way anymore. so, the best bet she had was all of what the program had to offer. tully pivots to face the person, a smile gracing on her features. finally, something familiar. “oh my god, hey! i... i needed another change of scenery.” lies. “what are you doing here?”
