Mama, laughing out louder than expected after a deep discussion on life and the many little problems we face. 4. Me saying something witty at the adda, where dadas sip their rum and smoke their ganja, an air of authority surrounding them. 5. sitting in the orchard and someone climbs up a tree and shakes it so hard that we look up, waiting for mangoes to fall. 6. the absolute dark near the ganga at night.

Critique #1

A 50 minute jury after an exhausting week of night outs. I was devastated by the criticism, but fuck it. Some lessons learnt, some windows opened. All for good. All for good. However, i feel wronged that no one mentioned what my study was missing, until the d-day. Or had they mentioned it, and i (bloated with my massive ego) chose not to hear it.  My considerably bad critique brought some people happiness and relief, to whom I’d say: Cheers!
