Why not? I've had these thoughts for a while and it's high time I put them in one place. I'm sure a lot of people agree, but there aren't a lot of online hubs for people like us (partly because we actually have jobs). There needs to be more of an anti-atheist sentiment on the internet and I'm hoping I can contribute to that.

But honestly I love it when I read this type of comment on the internet because I already know EXACTLY what that person looks like. They're either a) a mixed ~natural hair~ girl with a bell pepper nose or b) white. Do you want me to list all of the studies where people use science and math to back up their racist views? Would you like to copy and paste a comment of mine when I declare Christians to be oppressed? While we're waiting for that to never happen, I'll just clarify that I'm well aware of my Christian privilege and I'm quite fond of the privileges that I have tyvm ;) All of my friends are artists who are spiritual, deists or liberal Christians. I don't have to associate with bitter atheists, and I'm glad for that, but it definitely IS possible for Christians to be bullied or ostracized by their fellow community or co-workers. And if you think those people should just suck it up and deal with it because their beliefs on the majority in the outside world, then congrats on fulfilling the heartless stereotype 90% of the world already has of you!
What does being white have to do with this?
Uh, everything? The privilege and entitlement that comes with being white and male, mixed with a dose of Nice Guy-ism from being ugly, just amplifies the sad state of being an atheist. These are the same men who sit around and deny white privilege yet blame the worlds problems on religion. Why? Because they want to distract us all from realizing that whites (specifically white males) are the catalyst of all this tragedies in history. And that's an inconvenient truth that a whole lot of people don't want to admit to.
But there are way more douchey white male christians out there!
Again, would you like to copy and paste where I said the opposite? Can't find it? Then maybe focus on things that are actually being said instead of projecting for a moment. This isn't a competition on who can outdouche one another. Of freaking course there are more white male Christians when there are more Christians as a whole in the US (good job using that logic you claim to be so great at!). Talking per capita, there is a larger ratio of douchey atheists compared to normal sane ones, whereas douchey Christians are actually the minority and just extremely loud. And that is why you atheists get the bad rap that you do :)
There are black atheists you know.
There are latino atheists and asian atheists too, unfortunately. Those people aren't much better but they tend to be less rancid than white male atheists. And they're generally better looking too. But don't worry I have a special flavor of disrespect for black atheists.

Yeah, and? So what if we are? It didn't stop me from having a white picket fence up bringing. It didn't stop me from making nearly six figures in my TWENTIES. It didn't stop me from landing my fun, creative dream job where I set my own schedule. It doesn't change the fact that I have good credit, never had a student loan, and have never been broke in my life. It doesn't change the fact that I'm healthy, have never had any mental issues, eating disorders, or addictions. Sorry, but I'm not so quick to be resentful of your self proclaimed intelligence -- if I'm not intelligent, then so be, because it's worked out pretty well for me so far :)

That's the way I feel about drug use, alcoholism, sex addiction, ED's, etc. So if unless you're an atheist who has never tried drugs, smoked pot, gotten drunk, gotten fat, or has been addicted to anything you can sit down. (Hey where did all the atheists go???)
