It will be “a while” before this character is revealed, and will appear after Erios’s arc.
They previously appeared in Michelle’s Sketchbooks. (I am unsure if this is referring to a piece of merchandise soled in one of the first kickstarts or something she posted on one of her social medias)

Erios had heats for eyes instead of stars in early concept art. - 2:51:50
The reason they were changes is because they fest that it fit the character because they are a “rock star”.

Tylotung is intended to be a mix between a cat and an snake. - 2:59:00
Tylotung is Wrathias best friend.
She is also like a female version of Tuls. she is also similar in stature to Tuls.
She will be Tuls’s best friend, Michelle comments on the fact that she is also yellow which is likely a reference to Ranunculae.
