Songs of Isolation and alienation in a hyper online world where it seems everybody around you is constantly exhibiting themselves, living in public wanting to be seen and heard. The age of ‘individuality’ is lonely, it’s a room of concave mirrors, and with this in mind the band set upon making our most collective effort.

Today we are happy to share more new music with you taken from the album. ​ ​"First song to be worked on for this album, and there is no better way to describe the process other than fun. It felt great to be working as a collective again and ultimately the music we were making felt fresh and to quote the lyrics ‘in new terrain’. The outro features Rhys’ voice turned into a female voice using ai. ’Square Root of None’ Out today, taken from forthcoming LP ’EXPO’.

“On this song we kinda embraced the notion of throwing as many ideas onto the canvas at once. We wanted this overwhelming feeling musically with the lyrics talking formulas and code. It always felt forward moving, and despite feeling free when contributing more and more layers it was troublesome to mix to make sure every detail is heard. Some songs feel made to be played live and this is certainly one of them for us.”

We are pleased to announce the thirteenth edition of their self curated night ’Oysterland’ which combines the band’s live performance with exhibitions from artists of a different medium. The band plays live at Club Cheek, Brixton on 19th November.

Musical support comes from CJ Calderwood (Lol K / Good Sad Happy Bad) as well as an exhibition of short films made by LA based artist Ariana Mamnoon (untitled (halo)) and London based artist Jasper Llewellyn (caroline). Tickets:
