classic boiled egg

I always buy my eggs from ecoeggs (certified free range). Usually I prefer certified organic but this company still convinced me to buy their product. Great fun: check out there homepage www.ecoeggs.com.au and follow the chookcam :-)

But let’s talk about my breakfast this morning: 55 gr. egg boiled 6 minutes and 15 seconds… for me the perfect result. Do you know where your eggs are coming from? If not I’d like to encourage you to spend some time and check it out- you might be surprised! Bon appetite!
