So last week I watched the Honolulu City Lights Christmas Parade...and I somehow ended up marching in this week's Kapōlei City Lights Christmas Parade! Must've been that magic Christmas tree...

And then there are the high-quality deserts. 😍

My last Final Exam / Pot Luck for the week. This class went all out! This is the first time my students brought the full on rice pot. Love these guys!

My second class for today was even more serious about their pot luck final exam. There's even two coolers on the floor (non-alcoholic, of course). 😋

I rarely go to McDonald's, and on the issue of Hawaiian-words-as-marketing-gimmick, I tend to fall on the "cultural appropriation" side.
