Because Hale could drive and Castiel just randomly learned how to drive.

And then tractor angel could drive his tractor….

My theory, is that when they possessed the bodies they also tapped into their abilities. Like, it makes sense, does it not?

Okay, true. Dean sitting in the passenger seat and getting grumpy whenever he has to correct the angel’s hands on the steering wheel, or yelling when cas accidentally starts heading into oncoming traffic or off-road but secretly loving the innocence of it all.

Cas getting seatbelt burn on his neck, and dean blushing because it looks like a hickie. Castiel’s first time driving through mountain roads, and dean gripping the sides of the seat each time cas accidentally gets too close to the edge. Castiel slamming on the brakes, and throwing his arm out to hold dean safely into the seat because a random car cut them off suddenly. I’m just so … Emotional right now.
