Thinking Out Loud | Tillie
Oddly enough it was Tina who didn’t feel at all rushed or overly excited. Well… maybe it wasn’t entirely that odd. She did feel like she was moving through jello though with the way that time felt like it had stopped in their room. Tina felt like she had all the time in the world as long as she kept focused on the collar and the blonde in front of her. It was that fleeting gift of time that she would forever hold in higher favor than the claim that Billie offered her. She had asked for time and Billie had given it over and over and once again it lay before her, it was just up to her to take it.
She was partially woken from her reverie with Billie’s quick questions, fired rapidly into the air. Tina laughed quietly, biting her lip to stifle the sound when Billie continued. She didn’t want the other girl to think she was making fun of her; not when it felt like Billie was confessing something important to her. She had to agree that they were terrible with romantic gestures. Usually whenever they tried it ended badly. They were more at home like this; understated and awkward and accidentally in love.
Tina couldn’t help herself. The eagerness written across blonde brows was enough to shatter any thoughts of a sarcastic or teasing response and she stepped forward to tip toe and fit her lips solidly against Billie’s. One hand let go of her collar and lifted to the nape of Billie’s neck to help her maintain her balance. “Yes,” she murmured, her breath mingling with Billie’s in the space between them. Tina tip toed again, pressing her body upwards in offering, hoping that her wordless request would be heeded.
Tina’s kisses were warm and their breath mingled together when she simply said yes, Billie’s free hand resting at the small of her back and it was perfect. Billie actually squealed. She would deny it at any point later but she was hardly containing herself.
The blonde took the collar carefully and threw the box aside to get it out of the way. She momentarily struggled with unlocking the clasp but re-locking it was easier and soon the cool metal was resting against soft skin, the key laying just at the beginning of the flat part of Tina’s chest. Billie couldn’t resist another kiss and then another and continued, down to the other girl’s neck and traced around the collar with her lips. With strong calculated movements Billie curled her hands beneath Tina’s thighs and lifted her up so that she could wrap her legs around her waist.
“Before we go into the bedroom you should take a super deep breath.” Billie warned as she walked them slowly in that direction. She pressed another kiss to the center of Tina’s chest and she ached to kiss and touch every inch of of the submissive twice over. Billie was going to lay Tina down, strip her of any remaining garments and whisper the word mine against every expanse of her body while she made Tina writhe and pant beneath her. It was the best way she could think of to celebrate.

Thinking Out Loud | Tillie
Tina sighed contentedly at being held, a short breath of laughter leaving her lips as Billie nuzzled her cheek. She pressed against Billie’s nose briefly and lay her head against Billie’s neck. It was a comfort for her these days. The smell of Billie’s skin was addictive and familiar in a way that not only soothed her but made her feel content as well.
Tina pouted at the loss of contact and her comfort, her fingers trailing after Billie until they couldn’t hang onto her any more and stayed suspended briefly until Tina recalled them to her side. Tina knew what it was and she took the smooth box from Billie, breathing out a slow breath. It was the final piece for them. It would be official soon on paper and of course Tina needed to have a collar to show everyone else that it was official too. The idea of having to prove to others that she was loved hadn’t sat well with her. She had talked to Billie and others at length about it but holding the box in her hands she wondered if it was more so just for them. She had been so elusive to everyone and now finally she had found someone who not only put up with her but who wanted her. It became a matter of pride to wear a collar.
Tina opened it carefully and placed the lid underneath the box. “I do need it,” she nodded solemnly, searching for Billie’s eyes.
Billie couldn’t help but smile. The moment was weirdly calm and quiet and something about that felt kind of right. It had been a long journey to where they were standing now and she knew they weren’t done. The claim at that exact time in their relationship was necessary to the time they had but they both knew and had talked about the things they still needed to work on. That however wasn’t going to take from how big it actually was, Billie wouldn’t let it.
It took a little effort to stay some of her excitement, not wanting to ruin the vibe they had going but the blonde was beginning to get a little jittery, like anytime she was handed a second cup of coffee on a Wednesday morning at Quinn’s. “Do you like it? Can I put it on you?” She all but blurted, both questions nearly running into each other. Billie considered for a moment if she should be less questioning about it and just lift the collar from the box but this was Tina’s decision and they had already done enough things out of order. She sort of just wanted to hear her accept the collar, especially since the answer she had gotten the very first time she asked was all wrong.
Although Billie paused and she rested her hand over the box in Tina’s hand to get her to do the same instead of answering her rushed questions, so she could backtrack. “I just want you to know that I’ve wanted this for a long time and no matter what happened between that first time I shared my chocolate with you and right now I’m only glad that we’re here and I’m like more interested in the fact that we have a lot to look forward to. So, like, I wish I could have gotten to do this with some big plan and unicorns or something but I don’t think we’re really good at romantic gestures... Anyway, all I mean is that I think it’d be best for both of us if we don’t dwell on anything and move on from right here. Together. Will you wear my collar?”

Tina held still, her stomach dipping where it tickled until Billie’s hands settled on her hips. Her own hands rested on toned forearms, trailing upward over shoulders and collarbone until they rested on either side of Billie’s neck. Her eyes were a bright blue and a little pink from her emotional display earlier but they were clear and focused and Tina wondered if this was what it felt like to be under a magnifying glass.
A shoulder lifted to her ear briefly and her cheeks colored pink. “Thanks.” Tina stepped closer unable to stay this far apart when the temptation of skin against skin lingered so closely within her grasp. “It’s been a long day,” she replied, changing the subject and finally feeling like she had a chance to rest and settle since she woke up. “Napping should definitely be a thing,” she ducked her head and smiled.
Billie indulged Tina in closing the space between them. She moved so her belly pressed warmly to Tina’s and adjusted her hands so that they rested at the base of her back rather than her sides. “A long good day.” Billie responded, her eyebrows lifting. “I don’t think you want to sleep just yet though.” She added, sounding a little challenging. The loss of space turned into a sort of loose embrace and Billie’s jaw nudged some against the side of Tina’s face, a few strands of hair catching on her nose.
“I have something to show you.” Billie confessed, a bubble of excitement coming alive in her stomach. They had talked about it so it wasn’t really a surprise but it still felt that way. It had definitely felt like a secret when she hid the box in her nightstand that morning so Tina wouldn’t see. A part of Billie had regretted not having this moment then when she was watching Tina up on stage in front of everyone but she was glad she hadn’t. Standing holding each other with Tina’s tired words and breath tickling against her shoulder. It was almost hard to pull away. Billie did, dropping her arms from Tina’s back and slipping out of the hold of her hands on her shoulders but not before she pressed a firm kiss to the center of Tina’s forehead.
Billie disappeared into her room for a minute and returned with a flat square box held between her thumb and fingertips at her side. “I know the paperwork isn’t official just yet but it will be soon and you’ll need this.” She explained and held the object out to Tina when she drew near her again.

Tina had been in shock when Billie’s tears started. Her knee jerk reaction had her hand at Billie’s back, ready to soothe away the hiccups she could feel starting but Billie’s persistent denial of tears made her think twice and while she did let it drop and nodded at whatever explanation Billie gave, she refused to let go of the other girl’s hand. Tina saw it as a fair compromise.
Tina was slower to unwind. She toed off her heels, leaving them by the door and now sufficiently back at her natural height. She unpinned her hat and unzipped her gown before laying it over Billie’s. The other girl continued to talk, filling up the space with her words and Tina didn’t need to reply to know that she agreed with Billie. She would miss this place and the friends she had but a part of her felt like maybe the most important people in her life weren’t there any more save for one. Tina removed the folded valedictorian speech from her pocket and tossed it aside. She had meant the words as she spoke about finding and actively creating their futures but she was positive no one would remember the speech anyway. Still it made her a bit proud to add the magna cum laude to her name. Of course, a submissive would never be able to hold the summa cum laude but as she stood with Quinn it hardly mattered. They were a team and it was only right that they remained one till the end.
Tina was distracted from her thoughts as Billie undressed so freely. A few months ago this would not have been possible and the novelty of it still hadn’t faded from Tina’s recent memory. She watched the way that shoulder blades dipped and rose on either side of Billie’s spine and wet her lips with her tongue when she felt the very distinct urge to pounce. She hadn’t realized that Billie was staring back until the order was issued and cotton slid firmly into place. Tina reached for the hidden side zipper and pulled it down slowly until it was loose enough that she could slip her arms through the straps and let the dress fall and pool around her feet.
Billie’s eyes followed the dress to the floor and her gaze traveled slowly back to Tina’s face. Suddenly she felt really serious. Her eyes set with a certain determination and the emotions she’d allowed to seep into her moments before began dissipating or at least pushed away for another time. The moment they were approaching needed Billie’s full attention and she wanted to make sure Tina got just that.
When she moved closer, hands replaced eyes in tracing along Tina’s body. Billie brushed her fingertips over the ridges of Tina’s ribs and the edges of her stomach before landing her hands on the submissive’s hips. “Did I tell you how super proud of you I am?” She asked, keeping them at arms length so they could see each other faces. Watching Tina give her speech flooded Billie with a feeling she couldn’t describe at the time but once it settled in and she had time to think it over, piecing it together with what was soon to come she knew exactly what it was. It was an honor in a way, to know that Tina belonged to her and would in more than one way. Billie was pretty sure it wouldn’t be the last time she would feel full of pride like that, knowing Tina anyway.

Billie wiped at her face, her graduation gown thrown carelessly over the back of a chair and half of her clothes already on the floor. “I’m not crying.” She assured Tina for the third time since leaving their friends. Graduation had been perfect and the celebration afterward even better but as soon as it was time to say goodbye and part ways for the night the realization that it was one of the last days they would have together crept up on the blonde and the emotions that came with it surprised her.
She tugged on a pair of sweatpants, glad to be out of the dress she had worn to look nice for the day. Billie was being stubborn and she didn’t want Tina to try and comfort her, she didn’t need it. She just needed to get it out a little and then move on because it was a good day for the both of them. An amazing day. They were finally getting out of school and could move on with their lives, together. The together was the best part and it wasn’t as if they were saying goodbye forever to their friends it was just that as excited as Billie was to be done with everything there was a clear feeling that something was ending. “I’m just going to miss everyone is all.” She said while she reached behind her back and flicked the clasp of her bra apart. Billie paused with a sport bra in hand, wetness still drying on her cheeks, and surveyed Tina. Blue eyes traveled the length of the other girl’s body and she licked her lips before speaking. “Take off your dress.” She said and then slipped the stretchy material over her head and into place on her chest.

Are you the person I need to talk to for joining Lacrosse?
Yep I totally am. We already hit finals, 9-5 for the season but I wouldn’t be against another body out on the field. I’m Billie.
What do you think?
Uh, I don’t know. I'd just be guessing since I don’t really know you.
Prove It | Quillie 5/27
Quinn leaned back on the wall as she tried to regain her composure, hand around her neck as if checking for bruises. Billie didn’t have her up against the wall hardly long enough to leave lasing marks, of that Quinn was convinced, but it was second nature to check for those things. And while her mind was preoccupied with what she was currently doing, she was still listening to the other girl’s words very carefully. Her eyes narrowed even more as Billie went on to the point where Quinn scoffed her disapproval of what she was saying. “You think I need a reminder that I don’t have a red rose? I don’t and I know exactly where I’m going to stand when I get out into the real world. Even if I have a claim. I don’t need you to tell me that.” Quinn thought back to her exam and how she was humiliated in front of her own submissive and knowing that it was a possibility everyday was still something that caused her to feel terrified about going out into the world as a Switch. “And I wasn’t say no just to say it, Billie. I meant what I said. I don’t want you worrying about me and it will be so much better for the both of us when we’re on opposite sides of the country.” That last part wasn’t meant to be said out loud, but with her emotions heightened, there was no holding back. They might as well settle this completely.
Billie clenched her jaw. They were just too stubborn together, neither willing to back down even after they reached exhaustion. Still, even though Billie felt her anger flair again she opted to wrap her arms around her chest instead. Guarding against a different feeling entirely setting in. “Well I wouldn’t need to worry if you weren't so... so...” She huffed and her lips pressed together in frustration. “It’s impossible anyway. I don’t know how to do that. It’d be easier if you just listened.” Billie said, knowing exactly what she sounded like. The argument was getting out of hand and the fact that she had made it so big was getting silly, she knew that. Billie sniffled and looked away, considering leaving as quickly as she had barged in but something kept her rooted to the spot. “I mean, it’s not like I’m never going to see you. I can’t just not worry like I’m planning to forget about you or something. Why do you keep saying that?”
