I was asked to design a #stanleykubrick #tattoo for a friend and this was my first attempt. I wanted it to be a cross between how I normally draw stuff and a #traditionaltattoo design, which made it look pretty cartoon-y but I still think you can tell who it is (assuming you know what #kubrick looked like) so I guess thats something. Also the quote is by him and for the record he is probably my biggest influence stylistically as a photographer and if by some crazy chance you arent familiar with his films, get the hell off instagram right now and go immediately watch them. My top 3 are #pathsofglory #aclockworkorange and #fullmetaljacket and any of those will straight up change your life.
