I was inspired to create these 3D sculptures as I have never really explored something like this in depth before I never intended for this pece to be 3D but once I had the vision to have them floating for my exhibition I knew I could not leave the other side faceless. I struggled with the filling the composition with effects but I enjoyed working with something 3D and practice always helps so I would like to carry on with different forms of sculpture and materials.

these are the original drawings for my tattoo portfolio that I have taken and used for the spray paintings as I had a few ideas I wanted to take further which can be found on my page to view. I have not created any drawings in a few years so it was quite refreshing to create these pieces and made me realise how much I missed creating simple drawings.

this was another stencil piece I created but was quite simple so again I added a few features to make the piece stand out more which brought a lot of character to the piece. I love the editing process because it allows me to be playful end experiment without any repercussions as everything can be quite simple reversed or changed if needed in a quick amount of time.

for this original spray painting stencil piece was quite boring and basic so I decided to play around with some paint and spray paint to give it more of an edge. by doing this it allowed me to control the empty space and give it more detail. as well as the edits I have made alongside brings out other details as well which I quite like. and I actually prefer the edits over the original painting.

this is the piece I presented for my degree show profile as I think this is something that represents my entire style in one painting with different textures and designs. the turnover for this piece was quite fast which I liked because recently paintings have been taking days to complete so this was refreshing to complete a quick painting again.

tile pieces 3 is made from acrylic paint and spray paint onto pieces of sample tiles. if I'm being honest with myself this set did not go how I expected as the composition together looked very squashed together and confusing. I did not like how part of the painting looked so I tried to cover the small mistake which led to covering the majority of the painting which has led to it being a scrambled piece of work in my opinion. but this is why I like making series works because I have multiple outcomes of the same subject.

tile pieces 2 is made from acrylic paint and spray paint onto pieces of sample tiles. I love how this piece turned out I believe by putting the subject in the middle of frame made it really stand out. however I had more fun with the edits and believe they turned out better than the original painting.

tile pieces 1 is made from acrylic paint and spray paint onto pieces of sample tiles. I really enjoyed working onto this material as it had an amazingly textured background that is hard to duplicate with paint. I believe the results from this piece was quite successful and my favourite piece in the series. down to the details and structure being how I wanted.

RETNA is a street artist from the United States recognised for his distinctive typography and letterforms. RETNA explores an eclectic spectrum of mediums, including graffiti, photography, and painting, by combining visual languages, urban poetics, and appropriated fashion images.  “It is important to have art in the streets as a cultural fabric that is woven into the city for the upliftment of civic pride,”. As a youngster, he joined the Los Angeles mural movement, where he developed his text-based unique style with meticulous line work, complicated layering, and a broad variety of colour. The artist accomplishes incredibly intricate line work by painting with a brush as well as a spray can. I have always had an interest in calligraphy, I have never attempted this subject as it seems to be very intricate and a little confusing for a beginner like me, its something I consider exploring in the future.

Fauna is a Yorkshire-based street artist, muralist, and graphic designer. She has received international recognition for her ecologically motivated Flora and Fauna creative style, advocating the value of the natural world and bringing beautiful, vivid artistic works to increasingly urban society.Fauna works in her workshop when she is not painting walls. She uses spray paint and mixed media to produce street art and nature-inspired artwork on canvas. I love discovering fellow British born successful artists, its quite motivational due to the possibility of becoming successful as a British street artist is possible. the level of detail on these huge paintings is incredible. traveling all across the world leaving a trail of these amazing pieces of what seems to be of a nature subject.

WK is fascinated by the human body in motion, and his paintings of humans frozen in mid-flight reflect this fascination. The artist's one-of-a-kind method entails twisting an original sketch or photograph as it is being photocopied, resulting in the monochromatic palette and streamlined moment-in-time appearance of his completed work. WK site-determines his placements by first locating an ideal area, then selecting images with a special focus for encounters in an urban context, or "interactions" (as the artist indicates in his pseudonym). His paintings began emerging on building facades in midtown Manhattan in the late 1990s, complementing the continual movement of humans and the perpetual motion of modern urban life in the fast-paced city. I really admire the detail in some of these pieces I myself struggle with detail in stencils so the accuracy he has is very admirable and inspirational.

Ernesto Caivano's highly drawn ink drawings show an elaborate tale centred on lovers' romance, separation, retaliation, and final development. Caivano's drawings, which range in shape and scale from scroll-like panoramas to small precise studies, depict a timeless narrative of Polygon and Versus. I have followed ernesto’s work since my discovery of him in college. I admire the combination of simplicity with detail to certain aspects of the of the drawings however the imagination within these pieces is really something that I admire as it isn't something that I see a lot.

Lebsack creates artworks with symbolism, analogies, and stories about ourselves by using collage backdrops made from various forms of printed text on paper.Lebsack's artwork is hand drawn in amazing detail and spans from the front to all sides, delivering visual impact from every perspective. The first thing that drawn me to his work was the background he works on as myself enjoys to create work on a multitude of backgrounds and experiment with different styles.

Amber Goldhammer is best recognised for her vivid, abstract paintings with a street art edge. EL MAC (Miles MacGregor) is a world-renowned artist who was born and raised in Los Angeles. In the mid-1990s, he began painting both smaller indoor pieces as well as public murals and graffiti in Phoenix, and since then, he has evolved his distinct visual aesthetic and rendering approach, which employs recurring contour patterns. His work is influenced by traditional European art, social realism, symbolism, and devotional art, as well as the Chicano and Mexican culture in which he grew up. He is well renowned for his careful paintings and large-scale murals that explore feminine beauty and respect ordinary, ignored, or underprivileged people. the feature I am drawn to is the pattern and marks visible to the ee. this makes me curious to the process he goes through to achieve this.

this abstract multi canvas piece was created out of freedom, abstract work is my second favourite techniques to use as I find it extremely relaxing and free as there can be textures and marks spread across the surface that comes together to make a really interesting artwork. and I don't want to never consider this in my work every now and then its nice to just get creative and random.

during my spare time one of my favourite things to do is watch tv but more specifically documentaries. there was a specific one called 137 shots based on a story about a deadly chase and shooting in 2012 when the Cleveland police department came under heavy scrutiny for killing two people after over 36 police cars gave chase for over an hour which resulted in 137 shots being fired into the car. the documentry revealed huge amounts of evidence of corrupt and awful policing resulting in two unnecessary brutal killing if two people. the people responsible did not face any charges with zero consequences being made by the court. this made me feel like the justice system is absolutely none existent and it made me think that power and money overrules anybody's life and this happens on a regular basis.
