UNITED GRAMOPHONE TO ANNOUNCE NEW 3KSTATIC PROJECTS: Ovrtone Music Group will become the home label of underground electronica veterans 3kStatic. Founding artists of dPulse Recordings, 3kStatic have collaborated with artists from across the music spectrum since 1999. The band has twice been candidates for 'Best Electronic Album' consideration for the GRAMMY® Awards, and has charted numerous albums and singles on retail worldwide, including the iTunes #1 Dance Album 'Where's Our Piece of the Groovy World? A series of new 3kStatic releases is planned for Autumn 2010, following up the September 14 availability of the KMFDM 'Godlike' 20th Anniversary single and remixes.

KEVIN MAX: UNHOLY TRIAD (BARE TEETH IN THE NIGHT REMIX): Promo video clip for the just-released 'Bare Teeth In The Night' remix of the single 'Unholy Triad'. Taken from the album Cotes d' Armor (True Rebels), the track also features the texture generator guitar work of the legendary Adrian Belew (Zappa, Bowie, NIN). The remix puts a dub-inflected vibe on the album version and is produced by Logickal. Logickal is a solo project of Jeremy Dickens of 3kStatic.
3kStatic Release Dates Announced
dPulse Recordings/Ovrtone Music Group has announced official release dates and catalog number assignments for three 3kStatic releases coming Autumn 2010. The EP Apokrifa Digita (DPR300) will release September 7, 2010. The EP is highlighted by the 12:02 title track as well as additional new material.
October 5, 2010 will see the release of the God vs. Cosmonaut EP (DPR303). The EP will be available on CD, digital and very limited edition 8-track tape.
The forthcoming 3kStatic concept album The Society of The Spectacle (DPR310) will be available from November 23, 2010 and is expected to include up to 20-tracks on digital double album, with two accompanying CDs.
KEVIN MAX: COTES D' ARMOR (TRUE REBELS): The forthcoming new album from Kevin Max is released August 24, 2010 on CD and digital. A sprawling concept album deftly walking a tightrope between rock and experimental electronica, Cotes d' Armor (True Rebels) is a definitive statement from one of rock's most enigmatic artists.
