Pain shot through Draco's cursed legs. “You're already holding my hand, it's gonna be weird if we aren't actually dying.”

“Charming. We're definitely dying, don't worry.” Potter sighed.

Draco couldn't get his eyes off the bleeding wound on Potter's lips. He wet his own to compensate for the need to fix Potter's. “Dying should feel grander. This feels like any other Tuesday.”

Potter's eyes, this close, were forest green in contrast to his grey skin, the gloomy wreckage of this building, and his dusty crimson Auror robes. “Maybe we really should retire.”

Draco's body felt heavy. His eyelids were drooping. He opened them when Potter let out a pained noise. “Maybe you and I have met, you know, in our past lives.”

“No,” Draco said flatly. “But I'll find you in the next life so I can torment you better.”

Potter let out a dry laugh. “You can't do it any better than this.” His rough hand was squeezing Draco's. They were head to head. If they really died today, the last thing Draco saw would be Harry Potter's annoying face upside down. His long lashes. Half-burned eyebrows. His ashy cheek. His lightning bolt scar. Green eyes. His annoying voice, saying, “We won't die. I want to know how far you can torment me.”

“The saviour's word is my command,” Draco managed. He pulled himself with all his might to get closer, so their foreheads would touch. Potter tried, too. But Draco's body couldn't—in seconds, Potter's face blurred, and the world fell into darkness.

When Draco woke up, Potter was lying beside him, holding his hand.

“Dying, are we?”

Harry flicked his finger on Draco's forehead, then kissed it.

So, while writing my fic for the Dronarry fest (which you can read here teehee) I sort of got really carried away and ended up doing loads of drawings throughout writing. I mean, camping on a snowy mountain is just too much of a vibe not to. They're supposed to be like little polaroids or something, I don't know. I was trying different things so my style is not consistent but that's fine. I'm gonna keep doing fanart of my own shit until I feel satisfied enough to draw for others :P

Reading: I'm currently rereading The Last Unicorn (my favourite book ever.) As for fics, I just finished Altered Ateliers by Rainjuly this morning, and wow! Such a wonderful story.

Last Series: Harlots. I'm so mad it ended, it was such fun.

Last Film: Princess Mononoke

Last Song: Kamahalan by Yaelokre. All of their songs are bangers. Such clever, vivid lyrics. I love storytelling, and I love music, and they mix both so well <3

Sweet or Salty: Sweet!! Always sweet! Give me a pavlova and a spoon, and you won't hear from me for hours.

Working on: My Dronarry fest fic, and a fic for another fest that I am *internal panic* very behind on. I also have a looong WIP that occasionally gets some attention if I'm in the mood, but she's 120K of pure self-indulgence. Those are the main ones, although my WIP folder is a bit like an overcrowded prison at the moment. They're forming gangs and fighting over the fragile threads of my attention.
