Who Are We?

Hello Tumblr!

We’re a bunch of like-minded musicians playing the music we love. We call our music “Post-Rock” because that’s the only term that would describe our music, I suppose. Until We Last was started by Ketan Bahirat (The guy writing this post) in 2011, as a bedroom project. Ayush, who was in my band at the time, also started contributing to the music. It later became a full-fledged band, when Bhargav came down from Singapore in the winter of 2012. We got Ralston to play on the Drums, and got Anjan to play bass. After a couple of shows here and there, we recruited Chai on the guitars realizing that Bhargav was set to leave India, soon. It’s been a small but awesome journey so far. From the first show we played, till the last couple. Breaking a leg (pretty much literally) and composing an albums worth material, there’s only upward to go from here!

So follow us on our journey. We’ll be sharing with you stories from gigs, tours, the jam room, studios, and some candid stuff! We bring our world to yours. Don’t forget to check out our music, because in the end, that matters the most!
