What ICE has called the "largest immigration operation ever" is only ramping up in the Twin Cities after the murder of Renee Good yesterday. Here are some places I'm aware of that you can donate to if you're inclined to help immigrants and others resisting this attack on our community:

The immigrant-led organization UNIDOS MN and the Monarca Rapid Response line have been tirelessly providing resources and hosting trainings for ICE observers, with over 20,000 in attendance so far.

The Zion Community Commons and Dios Habla Hoy church provide groceries to families afraid to leave their homes.

You can purchase dashcams and memory cards for observers "to prevent further intimidation and frivolous claims" via this Amazon wishlist.

Defend the 612 is providing high vis vests.

Sanctuary Supply Depot provides supplies to the unhoused.

Activist organization MN 50501 accepts donations and has a Linktree listing families and organizations seeking mutual aid beyond those on this list.

I genuinely don't understand how people are reading any of this as a good thing. "Are there plans to integrate crypto" is a yes or no question and the answer is very deliberately worded to not be "no." Especially in combination with

edit again: ok I just noticed that that question is included twice in the medium post they put out, I thought at first they might have changed their answer at some point but it remains weird that they have like three opportunities to say "no there is not crypto in the game and there never will be" in the faq that they wrote themselves and they were evidently trying out a few different wordings that kind of dance around the question instead

Hey y’all so I need help.

So I’m in a stressful situation but I really need help.

My family is fostering kittens that a local cat had in backyard.

One of them, Chad, got extremely sick with a upper respiratory infection.

My parents literally said “nothing can be done” and to “just put him in a shoe box and wait”

Literally just saying to let him die and suffer.

I refused to let this happen.

So my partner and I got everything possible together and got him admitted to the Emergency vet with a deposit. They told us he had a 50/50 chance of pulling through. His life is worth it, hes just a kitten and he deserves a full life too.

So now Chad is doing better ready to come home! Unfortunately, however I know it’s going to be very expensive. My partner works part time and I’m severely disabled. The vet wont let us do a payment plan.
