Reflective Journaling
What is the purpose of reflective journaling? Is it to make you think more about your day? Is it to organize your thoughts? Am I doing it wrong by doing it at night? Will I continue to do it once my vacation is over?
I just read that it helps someone acknowledge what they learned that day.
Today I sat at home and watched the Premier League for 8+ hours. I think I only took 1000 steps today. That’s not healthy.
I do like the idea of journaling to control my emotions. I don’t think I’m embarrassed or ashamed of my emotions. I think that I prefer I just remain calmer in situations I know I tend to be negative in.
Maybe I’ll start of with some prompts. Maybe I’ll find the prompts on here. This is already going smoother than I thought.
I also started my “book” yesterday. I wrote like 500 words and got frustrated. Not frustrated with the story overall. It’s a semi true story I’ve been through/currently am going through and I don’t know if I’ve worked it all out personally yet.
Will you look at that, maybe my journaling can help me do that.

Introduction... Meeting Me...
Hello! I really doubt anyone will read this but I think it’s necessary for me to introduce myself and explain the purpose of reactivating my Tumblr and deleting all the cute nonsense my 21 year old self loved posting.
2019 is about to come to an end and all the new years resolutions are coming. Here comes the new gym goers, the first time travelers, and whatever people do for resolutions. My resolution is one that any avid book reader, nerd for life person dreams of doing. I want to write a book.
It may not be a good book but I want to finish a half decent, adequate enough to be edited by someone’s job it is to edit things, book.
So that’s my plan. A little about me:
