I wish we knew we were in the good ol days before we left them

Day 20 - 12.15.2020

The sliding doors are in the Wardrobe already. The ladder has a wood platform step added to it. The tiles arrived already check video and photos of what the tiles look like. They added new bars on my window to replace the old rusty ones (for protection).

Tim said painting is almost finished another round of coating and for those without painting yet the bed frame bars the ladders it will undergoe 3 coats of painting as well. It looks like it won't be turnovered tomorrow but it might be finished then maybe another day for cleaning. They have yet to put my floating shelves, desk, and Strip lights but sa huli na daw once nalagay na floor tiles. Don't worry in the contract it said to be finished no later than 22 days so we are still within schedule even if they finish on Thursday 😊 then I'll get my Mattress na din from mandaue foam which was ready for pick up nung Dec 8 pa!

P.S.

I want exactly the same thing for Christmas but you are right we have to do it right where in Payag na Mom mo. You can always ask your mom if you want I can visit with her supervision but if it is too soon I understand. Don't worry Wedding of Sey is on January 22 incase we can't see each other this year. Kaya materials things are more realistic for now so please let me get you anything you want na material not sentimental. Para at least you get to open something on Christmas!!!! I really really miss you and I want the same thing you want but i know it might not happen this year. Because even though I really want to see you, I feel like I should be doing it right. I can always talk to tita and ask her if it's okay I can do that as well if you're afraid of brining up the topic with your mom. But if you feel like it will ruin your mom's Christmas talking about us. Maybe you can give it as a Christmas gift to your mom to at least just not let her worry about anything and just be Happy this Holiday Season. But of course at the end of the day I wouldn't really know how your mom is truly feeling but I just don't want her to feal worried, sad, angry, or anything during the Holidays because of me. Don't worry Max I'll wait for you. Always. I know 💚

Day 19 - 12.14.2020

Target turnover daw is Wednesday sabi ni Tim.

But yeah painting is almost finished and finishing touches are being made for the drawers, shelves, ladder and borders!

They will start to put the floating shelves and the RGB strip Lights tomorrow. My Desk is arriving tomorrow. I transferred the remaining balance na. So far my total expenses is 70,931.47 pesos. But I still have to buy a few more stuff pa like the Projector, floor sofa, New Pillows, Coat Hanger, Coffee Table/Bar Cart, plants for decorations. The rest i got covered see photo below.

So this is it! I'll still need help designing siguro the room. After everything! But so far so good! I'll be having my own room this Wednesday if not by the end of the week!

Hope you're doing well! After all this gastos I'll start to look for a better job na and even a business maybe. Full blow Proposal Planning/Wedding Coordinator? Hahahaa joke! But yeah it was fun to help do romantic stuff for my friends. Day 18 - 12.12.20

Was able to check the room progress just now! It's looking a lot better na. Tim said they may turnover by Tuesday if not Wednesday.

Painting of wardrobe and shelves have started with the approved wood stain. Some of the exposed electrical is painted black as well.

The floor tiles that were originally there has been taken out. It will be replaced with new tiles.

The door has been installed and painted. So this is it! My table which i was suppose to get in Bulucan I'll just have it delivered since I won't be able to make a trip out of it anyway. I'll schedule them to deliver it on December 16 as well along with the 5in1 Duvet set I just ordered.

Nag propose na din pala si Anton Kay Mel I haven't seen the video. Pero shit ang oangit ng raw videos ko sa proposal mahirap mag direct and mag video pala huhu. Need to work on that if I have a next proposal gig hahaha lol 😆 siguro nga ill try my best to edit it ng nice. Huhu anyway 1 day prep lang din kasi hindi kami naka prep ng mas matagal. But yeah next time alam ko na hahaha. I miss youuuu. I know 💚

Day 17 - 12.11.20

I was suppose to take a picture of today's progress but just watch the video and listen. 🤣

Added photos its our annual christmas dinner in Miyazaki with my other high-school barkada sila Kat, Kate Pele (side). Lol hahaha. I told them we were dating na and in taken. They're so happy for me. If you remember Carl and Kiara they said they're so happy for you and that they hope you remember them! Kasi for some reason that I didn't know you guys are know each other daw. Tapos they said they really like your company! Like all the time you guys spend together daw it was fun daw! Sa house ni Pele and sa Birthday ni Herb etc....

Anyway I'm so sorry your grounded because of me and can't go out!! I wish it was the other way because I know you like going out and ako I'm happy home namane... I knowwww 💚 after our dinner now we will go to Luis house and plan for tomorrow's proposal!

Really like the updates!! I really app you doing all of this!! I promise come January I'll also start looking for a 6 digit salary na none stop! Plus think of more ways to invest my money in and maybe hopefully start a business as well! I have so much more to say but it's really nice hearing from you! I really miss you!!!! I knowwww 💚

Day 16 - 12.10.2020

They were suppose to start water proofing the wall but continues rainfall throughout the day. You'll see in the video go to the :52 second mark the paint stain is there but at least its consistent in the spot so they already know where to do the water proofing.

Update on the Ladder and harang and patungan ng Ladders are placed already if you can see it is Welded na! The ladder is not yet finished they will put wood steps and weld them pa to make it look nicer and stronger!

You can see the Wood swatch for my wardrobes and shelves in the photo below. They will make me decide what to pick so far Dilly is still choosing between the middle and 2nd lightest color to match my desk. Let me know what you think. I'll take another picture of the swatch tomorrow morning as well to send to Dilly. Its not totally the same when you look at the photo and real life color of the wood stain.

You can also see on top of the bed the door is already ordered it will be painted as well to match the Wardrobes and Shelves plus my handle is like your handle na sa door modern already. First in the Antonio household kasi all our door knobs are circle hehe.

Day 15 - 12.09.2020

WATER TANK Plumbing Bathroom - Tank finally fixed there are no more leaks and water if flowing well both downstairs and upstairs!

Room - some of my shelves already have doors placed (see the video)

The Metal frame for my ladder is already made (see video of the detachable legs of the ladder) yet to add and assemble the complete ladder.

Bed already has the Harang, although I didn't want it but all of you said I should put. I won't be able to jump down or hang my feet tuloy from the bed upstairs :( hahahaa

SMART HOME - I GOT MY Lasco Light bulbs and RGB strip lights today! I also ordered another device from Lasco which will allow me to connect any device with a remote (aircon, TV, etc...) to Alexa! Which i already tried and its working so cool! Apparently only one video per post i can show the Alexa turn on TV video tuloy haha (device is called: Lasco Smart WiFi Receiver).

Water proofing is not yet fixed it rained and still there are water stains in the green paint. It will be fixed this week. Tim said they target to finish the room this Saturday if not Monday latest!!! This is it!!!!

Day 14 - 12.08.20

Not much was done inside my room today as some of the carpenters are still attending to the Construction issue in their other project.

Shelves and Drawers - top shelves of you can see the parang slab of wood that is not painted yet. That's where the strip lights will be and they will put the same thing in the shelves near my desk.

For the Wardrobe if you look closely they cut the inside already as it's where the 2 sliding doors will be.

Bathroom Works - most of the work today is done there the electrical engineers needed to bust open the ceiling to make a new Circuit that will go to the bathroom because there was never a power supply(in the bathroom) they needed to fix this for the heater as an extension chord won't do due to the required Wattage needed as the current flow of heat may damage the extension wire. Bathroom now has a functional Flush, Bidet, and Heater!! The design won't change but the plumbing in the Bathroom works already after how many years!!! Now they just need to finish fixing the water Tank and the Waterproofing on the side of the wall.

We didn't change the tiles for the Bathroom! But it's functional ma now! Feels so good to shower in A HEATER!!!!!! Plus bidet!!!

The Green is nice and dark in person it looks so Nice!!!! I love it!!!

For the floor it will be vinyl tiles ill update once na bago na yung floor!!!

Day 13 - 12.7.20

Only a few things done today as the carpenters and Painters weren't able to go. Slight delay because Tim needed people for their other project.

Electrical- ceiling Fan and Track lights installed

Continuation on fixing the bathroom.

Another unexpected Happened the Waterproofing on top of the room is already fixed we saw that the top part of the roof didn't have leaks although another thing we noticed that the side of the wall still saw some paint not drying meaning they would also need to water proof the walls in the back side as it may be the reason. At least good thing we saw it and it rained hard today. Additonal costs but at least it will be fixed properly.

Accent Wall and concrete finish starting to is LOOK SOOOO NICE!!!! One more week and hopefully its finished by 12.12.2020

Would just to think of new things to decor my room but ill do that when everything is finished!
