hey guys, happy opening day!!!  just one quick thing: i know we posted the app code earlier and i'm sure some of you have it already filled out.  however, i had to tweak it a teeny tiny bit, so make sure you please switch that one out for this new one!  it's the same exact app, i just had to add a div tag in that i forgot initially.  thanks guys!

that's right, babes.  we're officially opening. like, for real this time.  the site is all done and ready for you guys, which means we're super happy to announce that we'll be opening tomorrow, december 23rd at 8:30 pm est.  yay!!!!  we also wanna take a moment and say thank you so much for being so patient with us.  we've hit a few bumps in the road, and we're really grateful for those of you that have stuck with us and stuck up for us.  so thank you, and we hope to see you tomorrow!!!

just guessing, do you think you'll be open before christmas?

at this point, it'll be open whenever we get things done.  dunno when that will be.  again, i'm asking that everyone please stop asking about opening.  we will let you all know, don't worry.

When do you estimate your opening?

there will be an announcement once it's been decided.  it's mads's last week of school and i've been dealing with family things.  once again, i'm gonna ask that everyone please refrain from sending more asks about opening and the like.  i've said this many times, but you guys will all know something as soon as we do.  we're sticking to it, i promise.

it'll automatically resize any gif and there's not a ~set size.  i personally think it looks best if you use a square one tho? (like 100x100 or 150x150 or whatever)

I have to admit I was super super excited for this site, but after you guys getting our hopes up countless times (4-5), ive lost any and all interest in your site. If you know there's a lot left to do don't say your opening right away, wait till your sure instead of getting us excited just to say its not ready yet. Thank you.

each and every time we've said we'd be opening right away, we planned on it.  we cannot help the set backs we've encountered in our personal lives and you all have been updated in each case.  i'm sorry we haven't been as snappy as you would like, but other things have come first.  this is a site.  it's not like, ya know, we've been busy or anything.  thanks for letting us know.

we shall see.  we're working on finishing things and getting everything in order, so it's a possibility.

as promised, here's another little site preview for those of you who want to brush up on your knowledge of sebring!  you don't have to read all of it if you don't want to - but some of you might find it interesting, so here you go!!

also, unless we get an influx of naysayers, it looks like the majority vote is to open asap!!!!  and i'm sure you'll be glad to know that the site is about 97% done, and we're still steadily working.  so a real opening date will be coming your way shortly!

hey guys!!! the disappearing woman aka mads here.  as you know from alyssa's wonderful updates, we unfortunately haven't been able to open when we thought we would.  i had to deal with some personal stuff that hindered me from progressing on the site.  however, i'm back and working and burning some serious rubber if i do say so myself to try and make up for lost time.  the site should be completed and ready to open its doors fairly quickly if we keep up at this pace (i'm estimating wednesday night).  but!  i know it's a lot of peoples' finals week, so that might not be exactly ideal.  so the question is this:

would you guys rather us open asap, or wait until the weekend?
