Apparently transmascs are protected by systemic and social structures.
Also apparently trans women are uniquely sexually abused, and have nonexistent protections against it, unlike other people. Definitely don’t look at the sexual abuse rates of transmascs or anything.

Trans women do have it worse than most other groups, but they do not have it uniquely bad - other groups (e.g. transmascs) have it worse in some areas.
The TME label treats cis people, transmascs and many transneutral people as all the same group. This then goes on to erase the struggles of these groups, and imply ‘TME’ trans people have much more protection and privilege than they really do.
Most anti-trans laws affect TME trans people just as much as they do transfems, some even more so. Testosterone is harder to get than oestrogen. Binder bans, most reproductive health, greater infantilisation, transmascs are the focus of ‘your children are being brainwashed’ fearmongering, people are often bigoted against non-binary people even if they accept binary trans people, etc…
This is also used to push transmascs out of queer spaces for practically non-existent privilege, leaving them with basically nowhere to go. I have also heard so many stories from transmasc people who have been abused by transfems (this is not saying transfems are inherently abusive - just that they are capable of harm, certainly to a lesser extent than cis people), who have been afraid to come forward about their abuse in fear of being rejected or harassed by the exact people spreading TMA/TME bullshit, who are convinced any stories of a transfem doing harm are lies from abusive TMEs, leaving those transmascs very few places to go for support (e.g. the transandrophobia tags, which they are then called transmisogynistic for using).
Also TMA/TME are very badly defined. The literal interpretation of TMA is ‘anyone affected by transmisogyny’, which would include GNC people, many intersex and non-binary people, and depending on how transmisogyny is defined even trans men. The other definition is ‘anyone who cannot utilise their AGAB to get out of transmisogyny’, which is also useless. Transphobes will not listen to their targets even if given prove of ‘AGAB’. Also there are a lot of intersexist issues with that definition.
