A little something with Cardi, Ciela used to delegate many things to Copia because of that well- mistakes are bound to be made, no? Will Ciela ever learn her lesson? No.
The amount of time I spent staring at Perpetua to get him right and I still think I am way off but progress is made. As for Copia, personally I will always see his Cardinal Copia look I decided to go ahead and design Papa Emeritus IV the way I see him no harm in a little change. Terzo got any sort of hat privilege taken away, I don’t think his height difference bothers him much anyway.
Annotated by Terzo, here is my official introduction of Ciela. I wanted to write more- it was hard to narrow it down. Unintentionally became the ministries second Cardi C, no- but she does perhaps use our Cardi C a little too much Terzo is a horrible influence.

I did not even notice how many unintentional little Ghost easter eggs I had until I finished it hence why I wrote a story to go with it.

Primo’s cards are faced up because he was holding them backwards and yes I know that in Chapter three it was Secondo that was holding his backwards but it seems more like a Primo thing to do, no?
Copia left because of them all going on about Perpetua/V and Primo singing songs from Skeleta
Twin at the carousel reference above Ciela’s head thought it’d be cute.
Secondo is loosing his marbles too despite what he complains about Primo.
Primo kept juice boxes for Copia waiting for the day he’d join their family game night and he got Terzo to continue to keep a hand of cards for Copia.

Primo is stuck singing the “One rider has a bow-“ part because he is one.
Ciela has one card visible because she was ‘cheating’ the six is also a reference to her being included in all of the Ghost papas lives currently she is their number six.
Authors Note: This is a small & quick snippet of the Uno night piece I did for the Emeritus brothers and my Ghost oc. I have not written in a while so I am rusty do ignore any errors. Ciela is my oc she was a ghoul during the Meliora era when her devotion to Terzo turned into love. The two breaking all sort of rules set up by the Clergy to be together. Sister Imperator wanted to paint the situation in a better light so she forced Ciela into the role of a Cardinal, the poor ghoul overworked stepped down from the stage after Prequelle (Terzo holding a grudge to Copia having something to do with it also). Perpetua heard a great deal about Ciela and decided to use what little time he had before tour to get Ciela to get back on stage and it worked! At the cost of putting a dent in a close friendship with Frater.
I did try to keep it serious while also keeping the silly charm that all characters included in Ghost have.
It was the best part of game night — the three brothers coming in and settling into their chairs. That was the calmest moment of the night and somehow Terzo and Ciela were the only sane enough ones to see that.
Ciela usually doesn’t join in on game night despite Terzo’s insistence on her presence so he won’t have to deal with them alone for hours because we know that Primo will take his time picking a card to put down for a game that they aren’t even playing. He was tired of being the only one who knew what game they were playing.
Tonight was special for beside him sat Ciela, after having persuaded her into joining him- she sat bored as the other two settled in with greetings.
Terzo started dealing out the cards, Secondo began throwing out bets if he won and rightfully so- Primo, Terzo, & Ciela ignored whatever hideous game of poker he was plotting.
Everyone picks up their cards, Ciela glances at Primo noticing that his are backwards and he’s got a good fucking hand of cards she opens her mouth to say something but Terzo places a hand on her arm and shakes his head.
“Secondo, put a damn card down.” Terzo jabs, with a grumble Secondo drops a blue seven on the middle of the table. “Thats a shitty start.” Ciela sits back with an annoyed frown. “I don’t have any blue sevens, tesoro. I want to do the gold fish.” She says not so quietly to Terzo. He groans, “You fit right in, this is Uno not Go Fish.” “What? You said I would get go-“ Just before she could finish her protest the door opens and Copia steps in. The silence is so awkward until he closes the door Primo greets him, “Frater, Good evening are you joining us? I brought us juice boxes.” Primo reaches down to grab them when Copia sits in one of two empty chairs, “Uh..Sì. What are we playing?” Ciela is staring at Copia baffled, “I am seeing things I need more whiskey…” She mumbles. “Would that not do the opposite effect?” Secondo asks, “She is a ghoul, Stupido.” Terzo replies lighting his cigar. “We are playing old maid.” Primo says handing a juice box to Copia keeping one for himself. He had kept them each game night hoping his fratello would join in so he knows the others will not take a juice box but their whiskey instead.
“This is poker, see Terzo I tell you he is losing his mind over and over.” Secondo barks and Ciela swallows the bitter whiskey before adding, “This is Gold Fish I refuse to play Poker with that man.” She slams the glass down and Copia begins to looks confused and slightly uncomfortable. “It is Uno, Copia. You have the extra hand I laid out, I hope that it is shit.” Ciela elbows Terzo as he inhales from his cigar causing him to choke.
Copia picks the hand up looking at the obviously very poorly shuffled deck result- a fantastic hand. He was going to +4 the fuck out of these motherfuckers. He sets a blue four on top of the blue seven then sips loudly from his juice box.
“I do not have a blue four, gold fish—“ Terzo leans over plucking a green four from her hand and sets it down. And so the game continues…
Ciela plucks extra cards for fun, Terzo desperately trying to play properly, Secondo grumbling over his lost bets and how he needs to ditch them and go play in Vegas again, Primo somehow playing pretty good for only seeing UNO, and Copia seemingly the most normal one there.
Everything is normal until Primo finally slips into his usual lost thoughts, “One rider has a bow.. rides a steed white and wears a crown, conquering-“
Copia freezes, Secondo is the first to say anything since he was - thought he was speaking to Primo, “Ah, we lost him.” Terzo refills his and Ciela’s glass, “Which song is that now?” He asks Ciela slurs, “There… there….- something something evil one.” “Aaand, we seem to have lost her too. She knows that one.” Secondo watches Terzo slide her last glass over and they all know she would not drink it but its for aesthetics.
“That one is yours, no?” Primo asks Secondo, “The song? No, mine are way more… attractive. The women loved them.” He smirks smugly to himself. “They did, but they liked mine more- everyone does.” Terzo starts up now. “Yes, thats why they keep your songs and tear you away!” Secondo barks out a laugh that does not faze Terzo too much, “At least they still play my songs.”
His brother grumbles about how his are played too, “Now, him on the other hand? His reign is over in more ways than one-“He gestures to Primo, The two brothers laugh together at that one.
“Eh- the new guy is not bad. He just needs a bit more oof-“ Terzo shrugs, Primo still sings to himself. Ciela waves a hand in the air looking over at Copia.“He really fucking bratty, trust me he’s got the oompfhhhh- now hush- V is a sensitive topic for Cardi.” “That is V’s song?” Primo asks, “Yes, Everywhere I go, he’s always there.” Copia complains clearly annoyed at the mention of his twin. Ciela practically bursts into laughter, her and Primo meeting gazes and in sync go, “Riding next to me!”
Copia stands so abruptly the table wobbles and Terzo nearly drops his cigar to save his whiskey. “You all are okay with this? New Papa- fucking V.”
He throws his hands up.
“Well, we have gone through this before.” Secondo shrugs leaning back in his chair. “You get used to it unfortunately.” Primo adds. “I am not used to it! This is all we do now? Hide and play cards until we can even figure out which game we are playing?”
“Yesh, he sounds like you Terzo.” Secondo rolls his eyes. “I am not used to it either but here we are. I knew you would understand one day. We are easy to use and cast aside to them. At least they gave you something useful to do with your time.” Terzo explains taking a drag of his cigar. “Useful is not what I call this. I came to hang out with you guys and you shove V into my face like- like jokes!” Copia grumbles his stresses coming into a full crash back down onto his shoulders. “He’s just singing, he does that all of the time-“ before Terzo can even finish Copia leaves having become overwhelmed. Ciela goes to get up to go after him but Terzo stops her, “I think he needs some time, amore.”
The awkward silence that follows is killed eventually when Primo gets back into it, “There~ There~” Secondo and Terzo groan, Ciela on the other hand her stare at the door and Primo’s small ritual of his own serenade her- her eyes drifting closed as Primo is lost to singing the same verses on repeat like an old parrot.

My original character made for Ghost, she was a nameless ghoul to Papa Emeritus III though devotion to him had slowly made her more humane. As of right now, she was forced into the role of cardinal to make up for all her ‘rule breaking’. For Papa V and none of Sister Imperators influence she is back. I thought to start off piecing her story and design together starting with Skeleta was perfect- Plus I adore the new era of Ghost. -🦇 (Also, her outfit is split inspiration pulled from Skeleta, Meliora, and Terzo designs)
