We have to stop saving time that is not being wasted. Doing something, taking the time to understand something, to process it, is not wasting time. Just because the process is lengthy, it doesn't mean it can't be somewhat enjoyable.
You know what my favourite kind of chocolate is and why? The one with nut bits. Simple milk chocolate with nut bits.
Why? As someone who personally can't chew down on chocolate because my teeth begin to hurt, i have to melt it in my mouth. Delicious but boring. When there are nut bits, while the chocolate melts, i can get my jaw busy by chewing on the nut bits which don't hurt my teeth because they're not sweet.
