Bonjour Raymond, Bonjour Rrose

The 2014 short film which I co-directed alongside Italian artist Luca Musacchio was shown between April 25th and May 1st at the CUERPO DE UN TERCER MUNDO exhibit. Said event was curated by Diego Cortés, Carla Melo Gampert and Andrea Muñoz Álvarez, organized by Porosa Animación and held at the Cinemateca de Bogotá. Through the screenings, Porosa Animación saught to show animated films from Latin America which, in the words of the organization, "push and question the limits of animation and which propose alternative points of view through the film medium".

Fotogramas grabados en piedra The anthology film "Fotogramas grabados en piedra" (the English title is "Frames Etched in Stone") premiered on the 27th October 2023 at the first edition of Beija Flor: muestra de cine fílmico y cintas magnéticas. The screening took place at the Museo Antropológico y Arqueológico ex Casa Martínez in Corrientes.

It was later screened on the 25th of November at the "Gran Paternal 12" event. Said screening took place at artist's Paula Pellejero's workshop in the Paternal neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

On march 9, the film was screened at the "Film Exhibition E/02" event, held at Al borde llama in the La Boca neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

"Frames Etched in Stone" is composed by 7 films I made on Super 8 film between 2018 and 2023. Said films explore different film theories and experimental techniques. Five of these films were previously exhibited as individual films (La Señal Cósimca, PUEDO VER TODO MENOS MIS OJOS, Movimiento Browniano parte 2, Cine serrucho and Cine bisagra) whereas the two remaining ones (Cine oro and Cine timer) were premiered as a part of the anthology.

PUEDO VER TODO MENOS MIS OJOS was screened on November 4th at this year’s edition of Engauge Experimental Film Festival. Screening took place at the Northwest Film Forum in Seattle during the Incantations program.

Upcoming Screenings

PUEDO VER TODO MENOS MIS OJOS will be screened in the Short Film Programme of the St Andrews Film Festival on the 24/11/2021 through the streaming platform https://standrews.festivee.com/. The screening will be followed by a Q&A of the participating filmmakers.

Cine-bisagra will be screened on the 27/11/2021 at the Videobardo Festival Internacional de Videopoesía as a part of the special invited program dedicated to films produced by the members of AREA (Asociación de Realizadorxs Experimentales Audiovisuales). The screening will take place at 8 PM in the Centro Cultural San Martin in Buenos Aires.

Muy film Cine-serrucho was screened on the 6/11/2021 alongside films by Lautaro Gjik, Santiago Vitale and Jeff Zorrilla at the Al Borde Llama exhibition space in La Boca, Argentina.
