I made these chickpea blondie and loved how it turned out 🤩 It's eggless but equally delicious 🤤 This recipe is so amazing 😍 just try it out .... It can be made healthy by using different kind of sugar 🙈 INGREDIENTS 1- chickpea - 1 & 1/2 cup 2- powdered sugar - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp 3- desiccated coconut - 2 tbsp 4- baking powder - 3/4 tsp 5- baking soda - 1/4 tsp 6- salt - 1/2 tsp 7- milk - 1 tbsp 8- granulated sugar - 1&1/2 tbsp 9- vinegar - 1 tsp 10- ghee - 1/4 tsp 11- chia egg ( 1/2 tbsp chia meal + 2 tbsp water ) 12- dark chocolate - 1/4 cup INSTRUCTIONS :- 1- make a fine paste of boiled chick peas and keep it aside 2- Take a bowl , add ghee (whisk it until fluffy) and add powdered sugar , now combine it nicely ( will be slightly grainy but don't worry about that ) 3- add the chia egg into the bowl and mix it again , followed by desiccated coconut , baking powder, salt and baking soda 4- add chick pea and combine everything . It will be quite thick in consistency so add milk & granulated sugar and mix it nicely . 5- add chocolate chunks and vinegar . Mix nicely 6- immediately transfer this to a baking pan and bake it .
