This post workout shake=LIFE‼️Anyone here familiar with a Wendy's Frosty, because this tastes pretty damn close‼️ 1 cup Almond Milk🔸1 serving chocolate protein🔸1 banana🔸1 Tbs of Almond Butter🔸1 cup of ice. 🙌🏼 My #whole30 was over last Wednesday, but I've decided to stay the course for the long haul. I do intend to reintroduce a few things. 1. Protein powder- used this before, but researching options. Folks, most protein powders are SHIT❕💩 2. 🍯 Honey-just cause it's good on occasion, as a natural sweetener. 3. Grass-fed butter. That's if I don't have any negative symptoms resurface. I've experimented with EVERY way of eating under the ☀️🌙and ⭐️'s. I do mean EVERYTHING! Vegetarian, Keto, low carb, juice fasts, paleo, modified paleo...you get the point. I like to test myself, studying how what I put in my body supports, or goes against my health and fitness goals.
