Venice cares about her brothers, but she is a treacherous person. She knows more about VFD than the rest of the traitors put together and she was the founder of the Hotel Denouement, giving her 3 younger brothers the opportunity to work as a manager. She was raised by the Man with a beard but no hair and the woman with hair but no beard. When she was 16 she left to go find her brothers , and eventually found them at VFD headquarters. Frank and Dewey refused to come with her to the villainous side , but Ernest went along willingly. After the truth about Dewey's death , Venice and Ernest left the treacherous side and went to find Kit. After 4 years , they learnt Kit was dead and that her baby was still out there. On Beatrice the seconds 7th birthday, they found her on briny beach gazing at the water , holding a stone with a cross on it. That stone looked like it was just a stone , but it was evidence of the baudelaires story , and Venice took it. Venice then went on to join up with Lemony Snicket and produce the books called "A Series of Unfortunate Events"
She found Jerome Squalor after all the years , and ended up in a relationship with him. They finally ended up married, with four children , 2 boys and 2 girls , each named for someone special. Athrias and Natalie , after Venice's parents , and Kitty and Dewey , after Kit and Dewey.
She never knew what was in the sugar bowl, no matter how many times she asked Dewey.After Ernest gets in trouble with the police when they suspect him of murder , Venice has to bail him out. But Ernest himself is almost murdered - by a very furious blonde who was woken in the night.
