A Fallen Flower
Sundew was with the hydrangeas, watering them and fixing them up so that they were ready to put on display. She was humming a small tune, the bell at the door gave a gentle ring as Venus came in with a new flytrap. Today was going to be a good day!
Until a portal was created, and she was falling for what seemed to be an endless amount of time.
She hugged her watering can, terrified, screaming in fear of what was to happen next.

*Venus let out a gent yelp as he grips the flytrap, falling from the air as his jacket waves behind him... *
*he looks panicked..... but he isn't as scared as sundew.... letting himself drop under her.... before starting to float and catch her in his arms.*
*he shoves the (startled) Venus flytrap into her hands....... before slowly letting himself float onto the ground and land gently on the beach...*

*ah, the beach. absolutely not the best place for his fragile flytrap......*
*he quickly takes it back from sundew... mumbling a couple of things to it before looking up at the connie*
You alright, dew?
She was panicked, but generally okay, clinging to her watering can.
I-I'm okay Ven... What just happened...??
She looked around, confused. There's... a boardwalk?? And... wait- wait a second, this just looked like beach city??
Ven, where are we???

Nearby Something was sitting on a bench. It's eye was closed as it soaked up the sunlight.
She stared at it for a second or so, before she nudged Venus.
What is that...??

*he stares at the... thing... for a moment..... before looking around...*
maybe we should go somewhere else.....

The entity opened its single eye and looked in the direction of the pair. It lifted a tendril and waved.

She yelped, backing away.
Oh my god it can MOVE- do you think it's gonna hurt us???

It stared at them with a curious look in its eye. It shifted itself off the bench and hovered an inch or two off the ground.

She backed away again, taking Venus's hand so he'd follow.
Uh... Do you have the sword?? Maybe it's a gem we missed?

*he grips her hand back, taking the steps with her now.*
I don't usually carry around a sword, dew...
*he does summon his shield though.*
I have this flytrap though.... it should be good enough if.... whatever that is tries something.....*

It slowly approached them and stared at them for a moment.
"Would you like to have a picnic with me?" The creature's voice was distorted and strained, but it also sounded kind.

She was hesitant, but smiled a little, trying to be friendly.

She gave an awkward glance at Venus, sort of looking at him for protection. She does. Not like this.

Also hand squeeze. But she followed the thing to the picnic blanket, hoping for the best.
