First drawing of 2026 is finishing up the pic of Elfe talking on the phone with Veld :] My favorite headcanon for Elfe will always be that she moves back to Cosmo Canyon after she recovers from what Zirconiade did to her, and that she keeps in contact with her dad. I think that their relationship would be a bit strained, with everything that happened between Avalanche and the Turks along with Kalm’s bombing, but they manage to pick up whatever pieces they can and stay close.
In the context of the post advent children AU specifically, Elfe and Veld talk to each other pretty often, and Veld notices Elfe’s mood change after she starts spending time around Sephiroth (Veld doesn’t know that’s who she’s spending time with ofc lol, not at first)
