[1:09pm] you yell out to Minchan to get some food for you while in the kitchen. you were expecting to get some junk food, but he came back with a fruit bowl.
[3:46pm] Yeonho walks into you sobbing and curled in blankets. he runs up to you and gives you a hug.
“whats wrong? what happened?” Yeonho asked.
you look up at him, rapidly wiping away the tears that just keep coming, “m-my friend just called me. th-ey said that my p-pet died.”
Yeonho remembers you telling him about how your friend was watching your bunny while you stayed with him for the week.
“it’ll be alright,” he kisses your forehead and gives you a broken smile. he’s met your pet a couple of times, but knowing how you were so attached to it broke his heart. he didn’t like to see you sad, even worse, crying.
“i don’t know what to do,” you sob, “with myself anymore.” you grip onto Yeonho and cry on him.
“how about we get you ice cream when you calm down a little okay? my treat,” Yeonho pets your hair in hopes of cheering you up.
[4:21pm] as Yeonho blows the candles on his birthday cake, you couldn’t help but swipe some frosting onto his nose. he does the same to you but it stops after that. you give him a cheesy smile while cutting the cake.

“class dismissed,” your teacher announces after the school bell rings. classmates instantly get up to leave or talk to friends. a sigh escapes your lips as you make your way out of the classroom.
your eyes scan the hallway as you search for Hoyoung. out of habit, you wave when you spot him.
you walk out of the building together as you head to a cafe near your house.
“i heard you had a test today,” Hoyoung glances at you.
you nod, “yeah. everyone— including me— thought it was easy, so i hope my grade reflects that.”
he squeezes your hands lightly, “i’m sure it’ll be fine. you’ve been holding your grades so high lately, i’m proud.”
“does this mean you’ll buy me a slice of cake today?” you beam at him. when he sees your face, he can’t resist.
“yeah, why not,” his laughter fills you up with happiness. your giddy spirit brightening with his.
“it’s been a while,” you both take a seat at the cafe after ordering and struggle to make conversation, “since we did something like this i mean. i guess that makes this more special?”
Hoyoung nods, “of course. sorry i haven’t been keeping in contact with you lately, stuff has been holding me back.”
“it’s fine,” you give him a reassuring smile as you go on about the happy little things this week that has made you happy, “... she laughed so hard that she snorted half the time!”
Hoyoung’s eyes seem to sparkle in the lights as he listens to you. when your orders come, Hoyoung takes it as a chance to speak while you eat.
“i’m glad you haven’t been sad or moping over anything. life has been so good to you lately,” Hoyoung pats your head while continuing to praise you.
you grin at him with a mouthful of food, “thank you so much!”

[11:32pm] you clasp your hands in Yeonho’s as you’re leaded through a crowd of people. even though you thought you’d get separated from him, you luckily don’t.
[9:22pm] you massage Hoyoung’s back, constantly checking with him to see if it hurts. he thanks you for the massage and tells you not to worry about hurting him.
[8:33am] Hoyoung pranks you by putting sticky notes on everything in your room. when you wake up, all you see and hear is Hoyoung snickering and colorful squares everywhere.

[6:24pm] you give gangmember!Minchan a high-five after winning a fight against some people from another gang. you grin, blowing at the small cuts on your knuckles and you both just stand and look up at the dark sky.
“good job,” Minchan pats your shoulder and grabs your wrist. he lightly blows your knuckles for you, but you pull away after a few seconds when you come to the realization of what he is doing.
jolting back, you can only stutter, “w-what was that for?”
he shrugs, “no reason. just looked like a fun way to tease you.”
“whatever, c-can we just head back now?” you feel your face burning and can only hope he doesn’t notice.
“sure,” Minchan playfully pokes your cheek as he leads the way out of the abandoned warehouse.
[1:13am] Gyehyeon stared at your sleeping expression, illuminated by the moonlight. though it was a faint light, his heart still melted at how innocent you appeared. maybe it was too early for thoughts like this to occur, or it’s just the right time for it. Gyehyeon brushes your hair off your forehead and pecks it before going back to sleep.
