A hiring manager is always looking for a candidate who can solve the problems at hand and not start arguing or questioning unnecessarily.
5. Show Excitement For The Role You Applied For
Last on our list, but absolutely no the least important. Being excited about the job is important to show not just for freshers but also for experienced professionals. A hiring manager always chooses candidates who may be lesser skilled but are enthusiastic about working with them.
