it looks like the character was trying to tuck his penis away so nobody could see it, which is a thing that trans women do for their own safety. In fact, penis tucking is a pretty big theme on his blog, (just look at his femboy tag) trans women may understandably have an issue with something like that being fetishized.

Notice the way he classifies the characters he draws, every character with a penis and flat chest is a male, while every character with breasts and a vagina is a female (unless they have a penis and breasts, that makes it “futanari” fetish porn).

He even tagged a character as a “trap” (a fetish term used against trans people) and has tons of “trap” and “futa” fetish porn in his likes (he draws it himself too).
