Growing up your parents always tells you to wash your hands. And it's very important! You should wash your hands whenever you come inside. Whether that's using soap or hand sanitizer, keep those hands clean. And when you're out try to avoid touching your face. We touch 1,000,000 different surfaces every day and those germs and bacteria catch on our hands and ultimately into our system.
2. Avoid people who are sick
Try to avoid people who are sick. If you see someone coughing or sneezing, move away from them and cover your mouth and nose. If people in your office are sick try not to meet them physically, meet them virtually. Just do your best to avoid people who are sick.
3. Eat whole foods
The diet features an enormous part to play in our health, we all know that. Fill your diet with fruits, veggies, and whole grains, and try to avoid processed food.
