Curious. What's the plot hole?

If Wakanda is such a technologically advanced and powerful nation, why did they just sit on their hands while the rest of the world set about ripping Africa to pieces during the colonial era, and why do they continue to do nothing while such oppression continues throughout the world unabated?

Halfway through the movie, Killmonger asks that exact same question and at the end T’Challa concludes that it’s time to do something about it.

I totally agree to scrap the Brony D&D recordings and start from new... but doing something like that feels like you lost progress in a game (corrupt save file, forgot to save, dickish save points) have to do them all over again. I'm not saying they shouldn't do it because of it, but it's a crappy feeling to remember.
