It's been 2 years since I started dental school. I passed my 1st professional exams with honor grade and first rank in town. I've been the class monitor for over a year now. I've failed and learned a lot these 2 years. I hope I can brave through forward, achieve my dreams and be my own woman. May the light in my heart brighten my path❤️

I'm turning 22 in a day.

I had thought life would turn out a certain way, the way I had imagined, but it didn't. Many things have changed. Many haven't. It's always what I had wanted to change that had remained the same. Yet the certain things in my life I wished would be so forever weren't. I had many hopes and dreams, many of them came true and few didn't. This new year feels cold, and I've given up on getting a coat tonight. Walking alone in this empty night street is what my life seems like. My friends are getting married, are in happy relationships, and here I am: lonely and 22.
