I’m going to a concert in mid June, decided I don’t want to be fat
Just went on a walk and zoned out listening to a fic, helped the time pass quicker
Went to the gym after work today, walked a mile, not much but getting back into the habit
From the other day, need to go back to the gym more but it’s a 25 min drive away from where I live 🥲
Really need to get back into 10k + steps a day again, that’s always worked well for me before, plus don’t need to be at the gym to get 10k steps
Instead of kms seeing iron lung
I am alone in an empty theatre

Small progress in a couple days
Down from 174.8 to 174.0
Got logged out when I updated my phone ages ago, found my password again and thought why not return to hell lmao
Damn it’s been almost a year since I was last on here
Some how miracle of miracles I maintained, even though this last year has been wild and a shit show
Locking in cause I wanna not look trash, I’m tired of hating how I look
I went to the gym for like 20min after work for the last 4 days
Better than nothing I guess, cause I definitely have not been getting my steps in the last couple weeks

Still on my bullshit, but trying to make a more normal person breakfast.
It’s more lunch as is closer to noon than breakfast time
Usually only eat late lunch and/or dinner

Glad I went for it, surprised myself a bit
I feel good, I’m glad I got in all my steps today when i definitely wasn’t feeling it

4.8k steps left to go, I got an hour, I think I can do it
Only 3k steps so far today, it’s 10:30 pm, I’m not sure if I am gonna be able to get 7k more steps in time, got an hour and a half to try 🥲

Expending that much energy being that incredibly sick is great for weight loss 😭

But fucking hell I would MUCH rather do it the hard, slow, old fashioned way of restricting food
Monday was fucking awful, was not supposed to go that way at all 😭
