Poverty affects POC at disproportionate levels and its purposeful so the idea that eugenics wouldn’t fit the bill in the conversation whether poor people should have children or not is absurd.

Nothing exists in a bubble. It’s not an organized chain of events that can be easily explained or solved. Its roots, tangled and rotted that are capable of keeping the plant alive even if some are removed. Addressing the problem of capitalism while ignoring who it affects and why is just that.
