I have 12 yrs experience as a High School Band Director, 15 yrs as college Adjunct Faculty, and 30yrs as a small business owner (please don't add those together -- there is overlap). I left education for two decades and came back because I wanted to and I could. I thrive on the youthful enthusiasm of teens, love working with achievers and helping them learn to strive for excellence in all that they do.
