I've been thinking about tarot cards and other forms of divination for future telling.

When it comes to reading for yourself, I really think they are fantastic tools not to TELL the future, but instead, help you to CREATE your future.

Their images, numbers, and suit help the subconscious mind to paint a picture, allowing you to create a world of your liking, according to the level of consciousness you are working with at the time. If you are feeling negative, it will not manifest well in the cards.

Yes, you can tap into the akashic any time to review and compare the information, but the whole process is one that helps you move through whatever issue you are facing, during the action of divination.

Why are people so obsessed with putting gender roles 2.0 into tarot?

Every tarot reading I've ever seen calls active energy "masculine" and passive energy "feminine." Even the ones that bend over backwards to explain how it's totally not gendered it's just energy describe it in ways that are so very gendered.

I've noticed this in other stuff too, but it seems especially pervasive in tarot. Any ideas as to why?

It makes way more sense when you realize its trans.

Like, part of the point of hermetic conception of pure gendered energy is that they literally never occur in nature. Everything that exists is some messy combination of both and neither and a thousand different secret third things.

The purpose of the system itself is to get you to

1) teach you to see everything as a binary

2) teach you to realize that literally all binaries can, should, and will inevitably be transcended

3) teach you to realize that there were no binaries in the first place

4) Have gay sex about it

So I have found that when imbued with specific instructions, a post on the internet CAN be used as a spell 🤔. For example, energy is accepted and put into a text post that completes an action for the person who reblogs/interacts with said post. Indeed you can like to charge and reblog to cast.

In my own experiments with this, I always add that the person's soul must consent in order for the spell to go through. Otherwise, no energy will move, and it will act as a usual post. The words still have power of their own, but the coded action does not occur if the person's subconsciousness does not accept.
