ALCHEMY--the medieval forerunner of chemistry, based on the supposed transformation of matter. It was concerned particularly with attempts to convert base metals into gold or to find a universal elixir. Alchemist someone who believes they can turn lead into gold!!! Making the impossible possible!!! Everyday I practice alchemy attempting to turn lead into gold... Seems impossible right?? and everyone will laugh call you crazy until they actually see it done?? Then they will question you and ask how its done... So yes I consider my self a alchemist making the impossible.. Possible!!! Goodnight IG!!

Nicaragua is the poorest Spanish-speaking country in the world. It is the 2nd poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.

The country’s poverty most severely affects women and children. Nearly 50% of all Nicaraguans are either unemployed or underemployed.

Distribution of income in Nicaragua is one of the most unequal on the globe. Over 2 million Nicaraguans live in poverty. The majority of Nicaraguans live on less than $2/day and more than 800,000 live in extreme poverty, less than $1/day.

1 of every 3 Nicaraguan children has some degree of malnutrition.

1 of every 4 Nicaraguan children is born to a teenage mother.

Less than 30% of all Nicaraguan children complete an elementary education. On average, Nicaraguans complete fewer than 5 years of schooling.

95% of all disabled children in the country receive no appropriate support.

My mission is to enrich peoples lives with hope and inspiration for a better tomorrow. I know this journey will help me grow as a person as I strive to improve the living conditions and opportunities for others. I will be helping young children learn the English language to be better prepared to contribute to the global market place as citizens of the world. After all we are all in this together and to just touch one life in a positive way will be an enormous victory for me. While I’m in Nicaragua I will share my experiences with you whenever I have time through this page. I will share pictures of all the smiles from the great people I meet, because a smile is the Universal signal for happiness.

My Mission is to enrich peoples life, even if I only change one individual life with a simple smile. Because a smile is the language of the Universe, it does not matter what language you speak or what nationality you are. Everyone knows the meaning of a SMILE.
